My wife and I have been at Core Essentials Physical Therapy & Wellness for quite some time and we couldn’t be happier about the advice and treatment we received there. Jess is simply amazing. We have not seen anyone before being so thorough to come up with the best plan of care for each patient individually. Her knowledge is incredible. We highly recommend her and her team.

Personalized, hands on care in an expert environment. Dr. Jess and Alecia are just the best…attentive, responsive and really nice, too. I came in with a couple of pain issues and wanting to get ready for a “milestone” kayaking expedition. They got me in shape for the trip and gave me tools i can use for a lifetime. You cannot do better than Core Essentials for getting back to full mobility and stability!

After a 20-year hiatus from running due to knee issues, I'm training for my second marathon thanks to Jessica. Past physical therapists diagnosed me with chondromalacia. But Jessica's detailed eval uncovered a minor leg-length discrepancy, which was the true source of my issues. I love her monthly check-ins and home exercise program that keep me running strong and balanced. Highly recommend!

I am incredibly grateful for the expertise and care provided by Dr. Jess, Alicia, and the entire staff at Core Essentials. I am dealing with a pretty complicated, quite unprecedented combined hip and low back/SI joint issue that not a single practitioner has been able to tackle or provide relief for - the issue of which has been going on for quite some time. I’ve seen 3 other PT’s, multiple chiropractors, healers, MFR therapists, massage therapists, doctors, surgeons. you NAME IT. None and I mean none have displayed the depth of knowledge and the caring compassion of this place. I came in completely broken and hopeless. They handed me a box of tissues, listened and took their time with me. They care about me. They validated my pain and what I’m going through. And unlike all the other professionals I’ve seen, they were not intimidated by my case but instead took it on with such thoughtful perspective it truly blew me away. Body work by Alicia, and the dry needling by Jess has become a magic combination for me. Unlocking tightness and chronically dysfunctional muscles that have never been previously dealt with has proved to be a game changer. I have a long way to go, but the progress I’ve made gives me the most hope I’ve had in years. They’re true miracle workers. Dr. Jess is an expert at hip/pelvis/sacriolliac dysfunction (and many other areas of the body but very blown away by her knowledge in these areas in particular). Not many PT’s are, and trust me I’ve seen the “best” in Jax. I’ve also recently learned that one of their specialties is helping breast cancer and other cancer survivors rehab the many physical issues and fall out from lymph removal and chemo therapy. They are experts in lymphedema and even though this part of their practice is not meaningfully profitable in any way - they do it because they care, and there is a need and a serious lack of therapists who will do this type of work in our area. I’m telling you these people are angels! Also special thanks to John and Julie at the front desk, I love that I can text them directly for last minute changes or questions. They really run a tight ship there! 10/10 recommend do not wait, just make an appointment.

Excellent services from scheduling Medicare coverage with front office staff to hands on through evaluation and plan of care explanation by therapist. All staff very competent, caring and concerned for best individual outcomes.

My needs were assessed by Jess and then I was treated by Jordan. The therapy was innovative and effective and done in a compressed time frame. I was very happy with the results.
