if i could rate this place zero stars i absolutely would. i've been coming here for almost a year and time and time again i've been screwed over by staff. therapists are always late, i've been told i wasn't scheduled but i have, therapists are always "out sick" (my previous one has been out for 6 months), they don't even specify where you're supposed to go. they just say what time you're supposed to be there. incredibly unprofessional, y'all need to do better.

This place is one of the worst places I have ever been.First my therapist Denise was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I told her I see myself being in counseling/ therapy my whole life because it’s helpful and I need to talk to someone that understands my mental health issues. She looked me in the eye and said “Sometimes you need to know when to save yourself.” I walked out and haven’t been back since. That was just one of the many thing said to me that was unprofessional or just downright hurtful. This place gave me nothing but anxiety and sadness. 1 star is being nice, If I could do no stars I would.

They are so rude, and I am so happy to write this review I waited a long time to let this out. The Doctor for meds became offended because a title was given to someone we didn't know wasn't licensed. I mean you can hear in and she lectured us on titles. Not informing us lecturing. They refused to work with times and it became an inconvenience as well as gave us anxiety when we had to go in. communicated with them. They spent years doing this to my mom and grandma. They seem to feel they have the right to act that way. Either way we found a better kinder provider they been helping us out with so much in the last few months than this place did in years.

I find this place very unprofessional. The counselors are always 30 minutes late for the class so we are left waiting outside. The place reminds me of a circus. I don't like it one bit at all and I'm a current patient here. Zero stars.

I have had an amazing experience here. They really came through for me in my time of need and I have been living my best life thanks to Rebecca and Linda.
