First visit was a thorough history and pleasant attitude at start. Had a system and organized team. Immediate hot pack and tens muscle stimulation then a conservative gentle adjustment. Could have been a better visit. I even had office staff explain covered services with my medical plan and seemed very reasonable. I can’t wait to come back a work on my rehab/ treatment plan. They had an appointment readily available. Impressive clinic. I am pleased with professionalism.

I'm impressed with Dr. Carr and Dr. Davenport. Very friendly and responsive. Smooth intake process for new patients like myself who have been in a motor vehicle accident. Friendly staff with a pleasant facility. Highly recommend them.

Everyone at the clinic was so nice. They made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The Doctors and Nurses were very thorough and the treatment felt very good! TY! Absolutely Loved it!

I’m a veteran and was referred to this office through the VA. I wasn’t expecting much but this staff was amazing. From the lovely front desk workers to the masseuse, everything was a great experience. I forgot the masseuse's name but he was very professional and great at what he does. I’ve had a few professional massages before for my back and shoulder pain and none ever got close to relieving the amount of pain like the masseuse did today. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Carr and is staff are amazing. I’d been in pain for over a week and when I got back from a trip and called they were able to get me right in. Dr. Carr is extremely personable and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while he’s working on the areas needing attention. Highly recommend!!

Why are there only 5-stars as the highest rating? I give these folks 10 or more! I had two injuries in the past year,...a neck sprain and shoulder injury. Both times I was able to get in quickly, and right away began treatment and physical therapy to get me to the goals developed with Dr. Carr and his staff of capable professionals. MY goals. Reduced pain and increased mobility. Every aspect of their facility, and every member of their staff, speak to wellness, betterment, improvement, caring and healing. I looked forward to my multiple appointments here each week. Is it ludicrous of me to look forward to future reasons to need their help? Maybe so, but there's no question I'll be back, given such opportunity.
