CORA Physical Therapy Spanish Springs

I just completed 5 weeks of physical therapy. The staff at Cora PT were fantastic. From Mary at the front desk, to Mark and Aaron the therapists and Yvette who did the evaluation... they are a caring and wonderful group of people to work with!! 10 stars if I could give them that high of a score!!

Dr. Yvette Flores and the rest of the staff at CORA was wonderful to work with. Her knowledge and expertise with torticollis and plagiocephaly was exactly what we needed. My infant son improved his conditions exceptionally well in just two short months. Dr. Flores gave us daily stretches, repositioning, and strengthening exercises to complete at home. During our weekly physical therapy visits she evaluated his improvements, massaged the areas that were tight, taught me knew things to work on and look for, and discussed what our focus needed to be over the next week at home. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Flores and the CORA team.

I wish I started PT a year ago. Instead I tried chiropractics and pain management. They had me try cortisone shots and ablation to my low back 2-3 times which were painful and only helped temporarily. I was a little doubtful coming to PT but after just 7 visits which includes manual therapy and strengthening, I can now walk my daughter's dog around the block without fearing that I would fall. I can bend now to care for my cats. I'm so hopeful now. Thank you Cora Spanish Springs.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Yvette Flores to any parent seeking a compassionate and highly skilled physical therapist for their child. She is truly a gem in her field and my 3 year old daughter loved working with her. Yvette’s approach to therapy is both professional and playful, perfectly suited for young children. She skillfully incorporated games and activities that made the sessions enjoyable, ensuring that my daughter was always engaged and motivated. She offered practical advice and exercises we could do at home. Her ability to connect with my child on a personal level was remarkable; it was clear that she truly cared about her progress and well-being. There is no waiting list to see her, and we were able to get our first appointment within a week and all office staff was super friendly. I could not be any happier to have worked with Yvette.

I have had therapy at this location for both a broken wrist and broken shoulder. Yvette and Mark have made this experience amazing. They encouraged me and provided great therapy. I was able to return to the swimming pool to swim laps today and am thrilled! Also Mary at the front desk has helped me schedule appointments and has made the whole process seamless! We started seeing Dr. Yvette Flores for our baby's torticollis and plagiocephaly. From the first appointment, she put us completely at ease! She's conscientious and professional, but she's also very calming and pleasant. In a matter of a few sessions we saw absolutely incredible improvement on both issues, and she taught us from the get-go how to continue the work we were doing in our sessions at home so we could keep up with the program. Don't be put off by the facility, either; everyone there was very kind and professional, and it's a completely safe and nurturing environment. My older child has already been saying they miss Dr. Flores and wants to go back, and they weren't even the patient! We would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatric physical therapist!

Excellent results. Never thought it would have exceeded my expectations!!! The staff is beyond wonderful. My range of motion has been more than I expected I could have accomplished. The staff takes their time and explains everything throughly. I will continue all the exercises they have taught me. Thanks to all the staff for helping me!!

Dr. Yvette Flores did such a great job in helping my husband Charles Keen We went there for his first visit on June 11,2024 he has been dizzy for 6 months and 1 week after having a very bad fall in December 4,2023 She had done some eye coordination, then put him on a bed for him to get his crystals put back the way they should be. He actually walked out on that day without holding on to me. He lays down and gets up without being dizzy as well and yes he is even driving 🚗 🙄 🙃 Thank you Dr.Yvette and all the staff there 50 stars
