Cora is the best physical therapy rehab facility we have used. Diane has been instrumental not just with my daughter's physical recovery, but also in helping her fight through the mental aspect of being afraid of reinjury. We won't go anywhere else. They truly have become part of our family.

The staff at CORA Ocoee is the BOMB!!! From the ladies at the front to therapists in the back. Roland is an AMAZING leader and has set the tone for a place of healing. The progress I have made has even amazed me! I look FORWARD to my time being there. Diane is an absolute GEM💎🥰. Nicole is a sweetheart and her smile is infectious ☺️. Jameil is my guy!! Cora therapy at Ocoee is the best experience I have had with therapy places. Recently I had a knee replacement and I am very pleased to have found Roland and Lais. Their knowledge and ability to help me, makes me feel secure with all the exercises and their ability to know exactly what I need to recover. I would not go anywhere else. Many thanks especially to Roland, Lais, Diane, Alan and Jeremy. I started going for my lower back then had RCT surgery in late April. Started pt mid May and was back to moving my shoulder early August with visits 3x a week and suggested daily home therapy, which I followed and glad I did. The staff is awesome and they really care! They guide you through the whole process to make sure your movements are accurate. I highly recommend Cora in Ocoee. Thank you all so much for everything!!

CORA Physical Therapy Ocoee Physical Therapy can be a valuable recovery resource when applied professionally and correctly. CORA is apparently more concerned about making profit and ignoring patients than proving good customer service. My experience was certainly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, particularly within a “health care” setting. First, they demanded I arrive 30 minutes early to complete paperwork - so I arrived 30 minutes early and completed their paperwork in 10 minutes. So, I was in the queue by 10:40am and paid my $50 copay at the start. Part of the intake is a short survey that ends in it telling you what you can expect from the session - which for me was that I would see a 10% improvement in my pain and symptoms today - great news I thought. This is why I was coming in - to get some relief. My 11am appointment time came and went - finally being called back by Bob the “physical therapist” at 11:20am. I was not upset, as a health care professional myself, I would just see a patient longer if we started later. So Bob asked me a few questions and never touched my back or the area of muscular pain - I explained it was not skeletal based on X-rays and thought it was a muscle issue and I just needed some advice on exercises to help my shoulders. So, he puts me on an exercise bike that uses only the upper body. While I am on this “arm bike”, his kids come in and they all start throwing a football around inside and over patients - clearly no awareness about how inappropriate and unprofessional this was. He comes to me after 7 minutes and says that it appears to be muscle related and not skeletal and that we need to do some strengthening exercises for the shoulders (seems consistent with what I just told him). He then says I have to come back 2-3 times a eeek for several weeks and we can start tomorrow … which is when I asked whether we could just start today or he could give me at-home exercises. He said he couldn’t because this was just an evaluation and he has another scheduled at 11:30am, so he doesn’t have time. As I checked out from my 10-minute ($300/hour) session, I was told the cost if you didn’t have insurance was $40 but they have to charge me $50 because now they know I have insurance! So, to cut to the chase: (1) despite assurances from the survey, I didn’t feel any better upon leaving because nothing was actually done to address any of my symptoms; (2) the “physical therapist” diagnosed my issue as what I told him it was, which is good I told him because he wasn’t paying any attention to me over his kids and the football throwing; (3) they could be 20 minutes late getting me and cut my time short because he needed to be on time for his next person who had not even arrived yet; (4) they will not even try to help you in the first session because they want you to come back and spend more money instead of helping you the first session. This was honestly the most unprofessional, irresponsible, unhelpful, and ridiculous waste of my time and money. If you are going to go to a physical therapist, find a more reputable place that will actually take the time to evaluate you and give you some help that first day. If they respond, I would consider updating this review.

Here at Cora, they really go above and beyond with helping you! The entire staff is great! The ones that I spent time with would be Diane and Jaime. They are the absolute best! They keep your spirit up and make you laugh and im actually sad i'll be leaving lol.Give them a raise please! I couldn't have asked for better help with my injury!

Cora in Ocoee has some of the best therapists in the World Nick ,Diane,Jameil,Me.L,Roland,Niice,the ladies at the front desk I was so nervous about this journey of therapy they all make you feel so welcomed and loveed they are a very caring and uplifting team Ocoee Cora you are the best.

This is my second time going to Cora for PT and I have to say that they are truly the best! I have been to two facilities in the past and they did not work with me like these wonderful therapists do. They teach you things about your body while they are having you do the PT moves so you leave more educated then when you arrived. The staff is amazing, experts at their job, friendly and caring. If you are looking for PT this is the best place in this area. I am so grateful for finding them for treatment because it preventing me from having to have surgery!
