CORA Physical Therapy North Tampa

I had an amazing experience at Cora Physical Therapy, North Tampa - Bruce B Downs office, and their customer service representative, Sully, truly stands out. She is an exceptional professional who goes above and beyond to ensure clients are well taken care of. Based on my observations and the care I personally received during my first encounter with her on October 31, 2024, and in subsequent interactions, it is clear that Sully embodies patience, compassion, and respect. Sully is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the organization. Thank you, Sully, for all that you do, and thank you to the rest of the team at Cora North Tampa - Bruce B Downs. I sincerely appreciate you all!

The initial visit to create a plan was great. The therapist was by my side, taking notes, offering helpful tips and answering my questions. Visit #2 was for a 30 minute session. The man assigned to me barely spoke to me. He was “training” 2 other people during my half hour, one of which decided to argue with him for over 10 minutes while I laid on a table doing nothing. If I pay out of pocket for 30 minutes, I expect 30 minutes of service. That day i did all of 3 exercises, had ZERO questions answered and they just expected me to be able to stay later than scheduled (started 15 minutes later than my appointment) and I had a friend drop me off and waiting to pick me up. I paid them $50 OUT OF POCKET for 30 minutes and felt like I got nothing for my money. I won’t be using CORA again. Disappointing.

Everyone at CORA was so helpful, kind and courteous! They make you fell at home and at ease while making you BETTER! Exceptional group of professionals from the administrative staff to the doctors.

I had a great experience working with the team at Cora. They were very helpful and the atmosphere was great for the work we needed to do. The therapists (Kelly, Jeremy, Xavier, Drew, and Janet) are top notch and Sully and Nicole at the front desk are awesome! I highly recommend this location for your physical therapy needs.

I have been very satisfied with Cora Physical Therapy therapy have done a great job wuty all of the therapy that I have received from them and I have been very happy with there services.

My experience has been nothing, but excellent. Personally, I have been a patient there on and off for many years and each time, the therapist, that work with me or invested in seeing me, reach my full potential and helping me reach my goals they are professional and listen as well as educate, they make therapy fun as well as challenging me to the next level for the best outcome possible. They also do a great job of educating future physical Therapist as many students get the chance to learn firsthand in the clinic as physical Therapist, that work at cora are always willing to pass on their knowledge and educate the future generations to come in the profession.

I would give this place and its staff 10/5 stars if I could. First time ever going to PT and it was an enjoyable experience for a high grade ankle sprain. Nicole and Amber are always welcoming and incredibly friendly. It was always a pleasure taking to them. The therapists I worked with (Kelly, Kristen, Marissa) were knowledgeable, nice, and fun to be around. They all work well together and get along great with themselves and patients. They always help each other out and are aware of everyone’s therapy so they can help anyone out at anytime. They come up with best therapy for you and help you in the best way possible while pushing you to get better. They also will give you equipment that you need to help at home. Highly recommend.

Cora staff is outstanding! When you enter the door and see Ms. Nicole she great you with up most concern kindness for you. The physical therapists all know their jobs. Kristen get you started with the high goals,Kelly like mom has happy motivation,Dawn will keep you moving working with your age.Marisa always using kind words"doing better" Julie ,she new doing a great job working with her instructors. In two days going too Cora Kristen got my numbers up. Kelly works very hard with me and I feel great when I leave. I have improved greatly. Cora Physical Therapy is the best!! I had a Right knee replacement and Cora staff has done good.
