Everyone at Cora on Charter Oak was phenomenal! Marshall and Jake made going to PT something I enjoyed! They were very considerate of my treatment and extremely helpful overall. It is a very laid back, yet professional center and I recommend it to anyone who needs outpatient PT. Great job everyone at Cora!!

The staff here is very kind hearted, fun, and caring. Shannon has been amazing in catching my toddler up on crawling/walking milestones after dealing with hip dysplasia. Ariel at the front desk is extremely kind and personable with all patients that walk through the door. The rest of the staff are all kind and entertain my daughter as Shannon works with her. I'm very appreciative of the progress I've seen in my daughter since starting here. The employees at this location all deserve a raise, I cannot give them enough praise.

Cora PT is hands down one of the best Physical Therapy offices I’ve been to. You will immediately feel welcome as soon as you come into the door & meet their lovely receptionist! The Therapist are top of the line they show you they care about what you have going on & they make sure you feel safe & welcomed!

I have been a patient here since February recovering from a knee replacement. I cannot stress enough how good this staff is to me. Shannon, Ricky, Marshall and Ariel are all so easy to work with. I make progress every week. I highly recommend this branch for physical therapy in Lexington, SC.

The facility has highly qualified, experienced Therapists who are very thorough, patient and friendly.You will get to feel the sincere personal concern the Therapists have for you. You cannot ask for more. The equipment and pool are first class. The objective of Vital Energy is to generate positive results in your physical and occupational well being. To this end, they write up a program specifically for your condition and up-date this program accordingly. I highly recommend this Center to everyone who appreciates 5 star quality Physical and Occupational Therapy services.

Vital Energy Wellness in Lexington SC is "as good as it gets"!! In the last 20+ years I have been in and out of Physical Therapy centers all over the United States (we are military family and have lived all over) and none have compared to this facility. The staff is professional, caring, highly motivated, knowledgeable, and innovative. The center is clean and equipped with all the best tools and supplies to meet any therapy needs, they even have a therapy pool! Hima the owner/OT is without a doubt the best most compassionate therapist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She has made such a huge difference in my quality of life by decreasing my daily pain levels in turn relieving my depression and bleak outlook. Marshall and Shannon have also been outstanding, top notch PT and PTA's. I have extreme gratitude for Hima and her staff, "they are as good as it gets!".

I'm a huge fan of CORA West and the amazing Hima Dalal! The friendly faces at the front desk always called me by name and helped to find therapy times that suited my busy schedule. And there are not adequate words to fully express my gratitude for the help I received from Hima. She is gifted in traditional therapy, but serves with such a healing touch and energy - I cannot thank her enough for her help with my TMJ and with mouth issues following extensive dental reconstruction. FIVE STARS from me!

Our new Physical Therapist worked on my shoulders and neck with wonderful results. I had non-stop pain in my neck and he worked on me to help alleviate that pain. In addition, have seen our Massage Therapist as well with tremendous results. I would definitely recommend the services at Vital Energy.
