CORA Physical Therapy Lake Placid

Before I started therapy, I showed my insurance card and asked for my copay information. The very nice lady at the front desk told me $25 and that's what I was charged for 4 sessions. Then someone else said my copay should be around $90 and sent me another bill for the difference - so I gave up on this company's services. I feel cheated because I should have been given this information up front. From a medical point of view they didn't help me much, but I have no complaints about the medical staff because I felt they tried very hard.

Love the new location! It gave our Cora a much-needed refresh. They have also made some equipment upgrades. Stephanie is helpful and always has good advice.

Been going for about 7 years..Randee n June are the best there are..Scott keeps everything running smoothly.Sure wish the Saturday mornings would come back..tough going 2 days without a good exercise..

My experience at Cora Rehab was excellent! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My therapists Scott & Amanda were wonderful. They provided excellent care and I have had great success! I enrolled in their Wellness Center and look forward to getting stronger! Thank you Cora Rehab!

A pleasant atmosphere. Everyone was professional yet friendly and caring. They put safety of clients as one of their top priorities. Most of my sessions were with Amanda and Scott. Both had good personalities and made me want to try my best.

I went there for my knee two years ago and it was great. I called several times a few months ago for physical therapy for my back and never received a call back despite leaving messages a few times so not sure what happened to the place

Had my first total knee replacement and went to CORA for my PT. The whole staff from receptionist to my PT, Chris Noel, was very professional and supportive. Chris took her time and worked continuously on ways to get my new knee working lime it should. Great place for rehab!!

They make sure all their patients get better. They are very respectful and they put others before themself. Natasha is very friendly and polite. Darrius is a good physical therapist and funny and polite and friendly! They all do a very good job and do their job well and make their patients well being their first priority.
