CORA Physical Therapy Lake Mary

The facility and the physical therapy is fine and slightly helpful, but the whole billing system feels like a SCAM. After running my insurance on the first visit, I had a co-pay of $20 before seeing the therapist, and I thought it was a reasonable price. I had a total of 4 visits and my co-pay ranged from $13 to $66!! That was a red flag, so I stopped going there. A month later, I received a bill of $131, and after calling my insurance and billing I discovered that they charge per the codes the therapist enter each visit. My deductible for each visit ranged from $36 to $125. I cannot understand how they determine the random amout of co-pay, if the billing was based on what the physical therapist's codes afterwards. Each of my visits were very similar. I did exercises as they instructed, BUT the physical therapist put in different codes for each of my visits, and they say my insurance determines the deductible.... but in fact THEY enter in the charges as they like. It's frustrating that they can basically charge the patient a random amount each visit up front, and then bill insurance whatever they want. I feel like I've been SCAMMED because they should've explained to patients that's how they operate. I would NOT have attended the sessions if I had known how much more I would be charged.

I really felt good about the therapists at Cora, Margi was very knowledgeable she really helped me with my lower back pain. She cares for her patients and I feel much better after taking her medical advice. Also all the therapist at Cora are very professional and they help you on the road to recovery of pain management. Thank you Cora for your well trained physical therapist I appreciate my journey I endured with pain recovery with your professional support.

I had a reverse shoulder replacement in December of 2023 and have been going to CORA for about 3 months! The staff is exceptional in knowledge, caring, concern and professionalism! Monti, Jeff, James and especially Mardi are great! I have been working mostly with Mardi and she has helped me so much, she is kind, knowledgeable, professional and really show’s genuine care and concern for me and her other patients as I have observed! It looks like I may be going to CORA for a while as I most likely will have to have another surgery, this time on my collar bone that is broken! I honestly would not go anywhere else but CORA Lake Mary and Mardi and the crew! They are the best!

I started going to CORA Lake Mary for PT in Nov 2023 after a fall and subsequent dislocated shoulder. All the therapists I have been working with at CORA Lake Mary have been amazing! Mansi, Roger and Margi - you are the best!

I have been through quite a journey in the last 4 years. Allow me to explain, nearly 4 years ago I almost lost my life to a Stroke. I could not Walk or talk. I had to learn again how to swallow. I am slowly recovering. Along the way I have had several physical therapists, all except for my first therapist and the very thorough therapists at Cora had the same routine, the very basic. Ankle weights, some simple chair exercises, then after 5 quick sessions you "graduate" with the same problems you had when you started. At Cora health services the first breath of fresh air was the very thorough interview with several questions. That was very refreshing. When you graduate it's not "good bye" but "see you next week." Their outstanding facilities are given to me to use at my discretion. Cora health services has been such a blessing. Come see for yourself.

Cora Rehabilitation is a great place to go if you require professional Therapists and Staff members at the front desk is very much nice, friendly and considerate, I just recently became a member last month, which was a great decision on my part to join them, All the Therapists are nice including whom have already assisted me, Lori, Shelly and Jenny, I am treated with friendliness each time I've entered their facility. I give them all an excellent review 5 stars plus because they display quality to all people that's my opinion. I will also recommend my family members, friends and people looking for a great place go, for a better outlook in every day journeys. I highly recommend Cora rehabilitation. As an ex-professional athlete and now a professional coach, my wife and I wanted to make sure I would go to a place where my knee replacement therapy was going to be top notch! After one visit, I knew this was going to be a place I would get A-1 treatment! After meeting the staff, especially Anthony (chief therapist), my wife and I were convinced and after 8 weeks (3 times a week), I can honestly say I made a great decision along with great strides in my recovery! The Entire staff at Cora is very professional, kind, caring and knowledgeable in doing their jobs! They always make you feel welcomed, motivated and positive towards your recovery! They all push you towards improvement but within your limits! I will recommend Cora to anyone in need of physical therapy. Thanks to Madeline, Erica, (front desk), Anthony, Laurie and Shelley!
