CORA Physical Therapy Hinesville

I would like to say I love Cora Physical therapy. The PT there is above anything i ever experienced. Hanna. Caleb, and Antoine, and Anna have been great. I tore my meniscus feb 2024 and they really helpedme alot. Unfortunately i had to have a total knee replacement on that same knee November 4 2024 it has been the hardest surgery I ever had went last week first pt visit and anna did a awesome job she was patient and very caring. Then today I saw Antoine and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different exercises and how it helps my recovery. I would Recommend Cora Physical therapy in Hinesville Ga to everyone. And the front desk receptionist all are very nice and very helpful.

I completed my therapy today , the care that I received was exceptional. The therapists were very proficient, helpful ,and courteous. The staff you meet when you check in/out are very helpful and welcoming. I hope that I won't need any therapy in the future, but I know that they are there for me.

I have no idea how they could have reviews when they don’t even answer the phone to schedule patients or answer any questions a patient could have. I saw them consistently a year ago following ankle surgery and my PT was Marty - nothing but good things to say about him. I had to have another 2 surgeries and asked my surgeon to specifically send me back here because I liked them, and I regret it. I gave them some time to receive my referral and work out my insurance and after 2 weeks I reached out to schedule - only to be told they never received a referral for me. I told them I would call my doctor because they said they sent it out the day of my last visit, and apparently giving them a date all of a sudden made my referral appear in my chart. But that wasn’t good enough, because Traviona stated my surgeons office had to send in a pre authorization to my insurance so I could be seen. However my surgeons office told me otherwise. When I called Cora to tell them, Travon’s told me they already took care of it and they would call me once it’s all finalized so I could schedule. I got notified directly from my insurance once they completed things on their end, so I reached out to Cora to schedule and didn’t reach anyone. I left voicemail after voicemail, responded to their texts saying it’s time to schedule and it’s so easy to schedule - no response. Went online to schedule since that was an option, and no available appointments showed up after they made me put in my insurance name but appointments showed up for cash pay patients - imagine that. Weeks went by, no return call or texts and of course no one ever answered when I called. I finally tried my luck right at the end of the day and got ahold of someone, and after voicing my concerns I received multiple apologies and got scheduled for a consultation. I had my consultation the following week, and got ALL of my PT sessions scheduled out before I left that day. My first visit was later that week, and I ended up being unable to keep that visit so I called to reschedule - of course no one answered, so I tried again later and still no answer so I left a voicemail asking for a call back to reschedule. Never heard back. My next appointment date came, and I never received confirmation for it so I called to make sure it was still scheduled and you guessed it, no answer. I left multiple voicemails, replied to texts I had received and not one time did I get ahold of anyone. Nor did I received confirmations of appointments. But I sure did receive a text telling me it was time to schedule an appointment - so confirming with me that I had no appointments already scheduled even though I made them all and had a printout of them. Weeks went by and someone got brave enough to call me, Traviona, telling me if I didn’t schedule by a certain date they would discharge me because I hadn’t been in. I returned the call, even though I don’t get paid to do so like they do, and told whoever answered exactly what I think of their business (which is nothing positive) and that I’m discharging myself from them because I would rather do my own PT at home than ever come to them and I expect to never be contacted about anything ever again. I have no idea what they did over the last 6 months, but they ruined themselves. It must be a difficult job - sitting up front playing on your cell phone while people are calling, signing in for visits, trying to schedule, etc. No wonder people can’t get calls back, your staff is too busy watching Tik Toks. Save yourself the time and money - find another PT place or do it yourself at home. Edited 8/22/24- I left this review weeks ago and you’re just now saying I should email you to discuss. I have nothing to discuss, I’ve said what needs to be said and that’s the end of it. My opinion and review won’t change.

Absolutely the best experience in a healthcare related business i have received. The staff is personable and professional. My favorite people are actually the reception staff. From scheduling to the mental therapy refreshers before beginning physical therapy is awesome Justine, Katie Treviana, and Amber were the gate keepers that initiated my good health and recovery journey. Clinicians like Austin, pushed you to your excellence and educated along the way. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs special attention in their recovery process.

I am amazed at how wonderful the administration team treats clients. They have such a pleasant presence and the kindness and accommodation pours abundantly over the clientele. The therapy professionals are top tier, brilliant to each client’s individual needs and so well documented that every trainer has access to every progress report so that each treatment advances seamlessly. My course of action has been so successful that when I thought my rotator cuff need to be replaced, they had a plan to restore it without surgery! The clients begin to get familiar with each other and our progress I believe that everyone that I see feels absolutely confident and secure that their treatment will, indeed, be successful. These guys deserve accolades and recommendation! Don’t even consider any other PT service!

All of the therapists are super nice and absolutely amazing. They will joke and laugh and conversate with you. And they make you feel so comfortable. The ladies in the front office are so unbelievably nice and always remember everyone who walks through the door. I absolutely love it at CORA!

Overall fun & great experience, from the administration being friendly and caring with great attitudes. All of the therapists that I have worked with have been great in explaining how the exercises will help. They are always making sure the exercises are not painful, and that we understand not to push through the pain. Love the place and I will continue to come to this specific Cora PT for all future PT sessions.

Excellent service!! I enjoyed every session. They answered my questions and provided exercises that helped me achieve my goal. I had a total knee replacement 6 weeks ago. I am mobile and able to function thanks to the staff. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cora in Hinesville to anyone!! Thank you so very much!!!
