CORA Physical Therapy Haines City

I do not recommend this place at all. First of all, I got shuffled between therapists and none of them took me serious or even focus on getting me better. They gave all their attention to the elderly patients and not so much on young patients. One of the male therapists there was so rude to me and just completely ignored me all throughout my session with him. I was pretty much doing my own thing during the session because he was just focusing on his other patient; as if I did not matter. I always arrived super early and they always called me late to start my session and they did the bare minimum with me. I was not getting the treatment or care I needed there. And some of the staff are fake and racist towards black patients. I asked to talk to a manager to raise my concerns and they literally had me talked to a therapist instead. Most of the staff there are Hispanic; so they mostly nice to Hispanics and white patients and not so much towards blacks. I stopped going there and went to a different and better PT facility; Select Physical Therapy is the best!

Abysmal. I contacted this place Sept 30th to set up physical therapy after my knee replacement. It is now Nov5. I had contacted them multiple times to check on it. They are finally contacting me now to set it up. At this point, what is the point? How does it take over a month to return my call and get okayed by insurance for service. It has taken 2 weeks max for all other procedures and physical therapies. So I can only assume they do not care about patients and their health and they are not very organized. I can not recommend them based on their lazy approach to helping patients get help they need. Frustrated altogether with physical therapy services down here. Do better

Wow my first therapy visit at Cora was awesome. Walked into a friendly atmosphere and front desk experience was sweet. My therapist. Emily was so knowledgeable at her job and so great working with me to get me better. Can’t wait to meet the rest of the squad!!!

This physical therapy facility is meant for people of older ages. They do not specialize in younger people with ACL type surgeries. This facility is meant for older people with arthritis. The facility & people are very friendly and nice but not meant for serious PT post surgery. Very bad choice if you need rehab. I had to hired a private session PT after 4 weeks bc they lacked so much.

This location is the best by far. The staff is very professional, organized, friendly and warm. The Therapists are very caring and kind. They work with you to make sure that you are doing what it takes to help you through your issues. Great Job guys. You are always greeted with a warm welcome and smiling face. Bunch of great guys!!

CORA is so wonderful. I did Physical Therapy there, and am thrilled with the results. I have a lot less pain and more mobility and strength. Victoria, Sam, Levi, and all the other trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They tailor every training plan and session to the individual’s needs and abilities. Working with them has made a world of difference for my everyday life. The office staff is super warm and welcoming, especially Dawn! I cannot speak highly enough of CORA and every person who works there!

Two and a half weeks post knee replacement, I meet my wonderful team at CORA Haines! Over the next three weeks, their team approach allowed me to interact with Cynthia, Samantha, Marcus, and Victoria! These folks were supportive, encouraging and determined to help me reach my goals! KUDOS to a Fantastic team!

CORA is absolutely fantastic. If you want a great experience, in a sanitary environment, look no further. They require masks and handwashing before using any equipment, so I feel safer in the facility, and even though it's a smaller building I'm rarely close to other patients due to the number of stations. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The front desk ladies will do their best to accommodate your schedule, which for me is difficult so I appreciate them a lot! And the therapists have a lot of different techniques and equipment to use to work on different areas of the body. I enjoy it here and look forward to my appointment times each week.
