Miss Ashley OT is incredible! I’ve been to her 2 times for my wrist post OP and she definitely knows her craft. She’s well educated and informed on all current training. I can’t believe how I heal so quickly with time spent with her. Thanks so much Ashley for the healing power you have. Mac.

This facility was an absolute pleasure to get treatment. Melva at the front desk always lit my day with her beautiful and welcoming personality. Ashley my OT was so experienced that she was able to uncover conditions that for years doctors and specialists could not figure out. Matt my PT was very understanding of my pain tolerance and was just a complete gentleman. Everyone at this facility was just great, the environment they’ve created just makes you feel relaxed, comfortable and welcomed, I had to move out of the area and I could no longer attend this facility I wish I could have taken this facility and the people with me. Amazing experience!!!

I have had a great experience at this facility. It’s very upbeat. They explain everything to me. my progress and the goals they have for me. I’ve worked with both Ashlea & Drew. And I absolutely know they gave me 100% at each session I had. With a caring attitude, and most of all a will to make me better. They really do care! Mel up front is awesome she has such a wonderful attitude she always puts a smile on my face every single time I go there. I’ve had other therapist ask me how I’m doing. Or just a simple hi. Or are you doing ok. What a great team they have there. Thank you all for your team work and making every patient feel better! I am almost 100% better bc of you.

I finished my last session of physical therapy today and so pleased with the result - pain free! This was my first experience in physical therapy and Cora provided me with an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly, there are quite a variety of "machines," and a neverending supply of ideas for using ball stretches, but kudos to "Woody" who spent so much time with me demonstrating what I was to do, observing and correcting when needed, explaining muscle groups involved, and always so encouraging.

The therapist gave me an exercise and abandoned me I was in an excruciating pain and he didn’t care , he sent other 4 therapist and everyone gave me a different exercise and tears coming because of the pain. They didn’t even saw my chart finally my agony finish with some heat pad but was incorrect it should be ice , I know it because I’m a massage therapist and they were so unprofessional, never will be back there If you want to suffer and be in the hands of people that doesn’t care about you go there uffff

Today was my last day of physical therapy and I am so happy with the results. I felt really taken care of and comfortable with the team. The lady's at the front desk are so sweet and the pt team are also the best! I’m leaving today happy for being back on my feet again but sad to not see them again. Awesome Facility!!!

This place is a factory. One therapist can treat 2 or 3 people at the same time which means you don’t get the necessary attention. They tell you to do an exercise with the number of reps and walk away. They do not pay attention to form or execution. You can end up doing 10 reps the wrong way and no one notices. There is also much downtime between exercises as you wait for them to juggle clients. Also, the front desk discusses patients openly without regard to privacy. You can literally stand there waiting for their attention and they will ignore you. I would highly recommend finding another facility with greater attention to care.

Front staff employee is not friendly, you could literally just say rude. While the therapist who did his evaluation was great, this facility was not a fit for my son. I requested his evaluation paperwork be sent so we could move to another facility. The front staff employee took 6 days to send the paperwork and my son lost his place at the new facility.
