My physical trainer earned 5 stars. Coppola business practices earned 1 star. My initial visit was great. I paid cash for 10 more visits. I was booked for 8 visits. The admin, staff, billing [phone off, straight to voicemail] have been ignoring me as to how to get my last 2 sessions money back. The time constraints don't allow for proper care and it's apparent by the lack of service. They love to get you in and take your money. But once that's done, you're only left with the physical trainers to work on you.

This group of physical therapists work as a team to reach the goal of getting their patients back to “normal “. They are professional, caring , knowledgeable and enjoyable to be with. I did miss Devin however. I know she will do well in the Concord office. They are lucky to have her.

All the therapists at Coppola Candia are top notch. I wont go anywhere else. God bless them and their healing hands.

I had total right knee replacement due to injuries, wear and tear over the years. Coppola Candia came highly recommended to me by members of the Auburn Police Department and I do not regret following that recommendation. Over a period of 16 weeks I limped in with a cane and subsequently walked out without the assistance of any medcial device. I was assisted in my recover by Therapist Morgan LNU and Jim LNU and I would not hesistate to highly recommend both as they are a credit to themselves and their chosen profession and to Coppola Physical Therapy in general. I have Jim and Sammie as my PT peeps, they are both awesome. They are knowledgeable, hands on, and genuinely care to get me back to my best self.

Tendinosis, I believe was the diagnosis from a jarring trauma to my shoulder. Arthritis and a way past frozen shoulder has left my right shoulder with sketchy range but Devon, James and Sam all had a hand in my recovery! James and Sam both provided me with the majority of my therapy and were masterful in their treatment. What topped it off was the dry needling done by Samantha! I had 2 dry needling sessions with the second being more intense and spot on in aiding repair! I will always be indebted to the team at Coppola Physical Therapy in Candia! Thank you all for returning my shoulder, range and life back to me.

The staff was always professional and attentive to my situation both before and after two surgeries over the last 22 months.

I have had three joint replacements and other issues. The care I received from Devin and the team has been great each time. I am currently back again dealing with some balance issues resulting from one of the surgeries leaving one leg longer than the other.
