Always have a positive experience with all off the staff. Recently went in for xrays and the tech is very nice and quick! Dr Gordon is by far one of the best foot doctors I have ever been to. And Dr A and his team provide some of the best care you could ask for and always have a smile with a great attitude. I feel truly blessed to have a medical team that cares and is mostly under one roof!!

We have been waiting on Dr. Diaz for over a month to respond after multiple calls into the office. He doesn't make you feel welcome in the building every time I see him I can't wait to get away from his rude antics. Before Dr. Diaz no problems I loved the clinic and enjoyed routine checkups.

Just got my "annual " checkup which lasted a staggering 5 minutes! Though I had to wait 40 minutes to get it! Copper queen and thier 7 minute rule for patients is total incompetence and fraud! I've had to put up with this corrupt organization for a decade and now I'm driving to Tucson to see a real Doctor. When I took my elderly neighbor to Tucson they examined her for an hour actually feeling her throat and stomach. Putting thier hands on the patient. My advice is stay away from the bottom of the barrel health care here in Cochise County and drive to Tucson. Whoever is in charge is a bean counting penny pincher!

The worst medical clinic I have ever had to deal with in 64 years of life. They are totally inept and should not be allowed to practice medicine. My recommendation is, stay away from anything with copper queen in the name unless you want to die.

I don't have a problem with most of the staff or the doctors. My problem is with the referral department. I call she is away from her phone. I leave a message, twice this happened. Never called me . I found out from my insurance company that I didn't even need a referral. No one had ever told me that. Very unhappy with them going to find a different office.

Follow up here is NON EXISTENT. Had an appointment scheduled for today (July 20th) a MONTH in advance yet was told by the receptionist AFTER I drove all the way there, that the doctor was on VACATION. First if all, why would they schedule an appointment when they KNEW the doctor was not going to be there and, why did they CONFIRM my appointment when I called yesterday, the day BEFORE my appointment? Don't believe them when they say they'll call you with your results because they NEVER do. You're expected to call them over and over again (and still not get anywhere).

Although sometimes it feels like they may be short staffed and have to call more than once to get a hold of them, whenever they respond they are very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them... it is hard to find a team that will listen to your concerns, even if they don't have answers right away, they do care about your well being and in finding out what is going on. Thank you PA Rafe Arlotti and NP Kelly for listening to my concerns and always being so kind to me and my family. We appreciate all of you!

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!! Aside from not giving a damn about you as a person, you have to make an appointment for EACH individual symptom even if they're related (I was turned away for that very explanation)! They confirmed my appointment yesterday so I took the time off work just to have them cancel 20 minutes before my appointment! I took time off work and was on my way as they are 30 minutes from my house! My last visit with them over a year ago went soo bad, they still haven't called me back with my MRI results... I decided to try one more time instead of starting all over with a new office and a last minute cancel was what I got today... They are a joke! Dr. Greismer was my Dr. She started out awesome treating my migraines and then one day was like " oh.. you have migraines? Lets look into that" You crazy lady, you had been treating me for them for 3 years!!!!!! This place is awful!
