Copper Queen Community Hospital- Emergency Room

The doctor that was supposed to help me. was so rude to me barely gave me any information told me to take care of it myself and told me to leave. my throat is bloody and swollen I need medical attention!

I want to give a big thank you to the staff at the bisbee queen emergency room. Right when we walked in we waited maybe 2 minutes in the waiting room and then were taken back. The staff was incredible! They were all patient, calm and caring. Dr. Waytuk was awesome and tested my mom for everything he could while we were there. When we came home, and things were still not improving much after 24 hours, I called the hospital back and was put in contact directly with Dr. Waytuk. He went out of his way to make sure my mom was comfortable until her next appointment follow up. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any doctor’s office, let alone an ER. We appreciate everything you all did to help us and we look forward to NOT needing you in the future! But, if we do, it is reassuring to know that the staff at Bisbee ER is ready and standing by!

Arrived in the middle of the night & only one Nurse was available & dismissed my concerns. Very condescending & makes you feel like an idiot. Had me wait for the doctor which took over an hour (during graveyard shift) which the hospital was empty except for another patient. overall very unpleasant experience.

Just want to thank the amazing staff here for a wonderful experience. We waited 1 minute and got called in. The nurses and the medical assistants were very knowledgeable. Dr. Brown made sure we got the care we needed.

I got dropped off there by someone they checked me in told me I had covid gave me a piece of paper and then kicked me out and said that I couldn't be inside the hospital. What great caregiving they have there I asked one of the nurses if the bed laid down flat and her response was yes no seems to be pretty intelligent
