Showed up at 11:30 am. Took a number. Sat down and waited. Got called up at 12:05 pm. Was then told all doctors and nurses are out to lunch for an hour. Was told to come back after 1 pm. Definitely not happy. If you are closed for lunch you should stop taking numbers at a certain time and let people know when they show up that the entire urgent care is closed for an hour for lunch. Never, ever encountered this before at any other urgent care.

I had a fantastic experience here. I (41 yr old f) was working from out of town here at the Douglas fairgrounds when I had a medical emergency. The ambulance had to be called. I was really nervous, but everyone from my EMTs, to my nurse, to Dr. Yow were fantastic. At first, I was alone since my family was in Tucson—but they made me comfortable, treated me with kindness & promptness, and honestly I would consider this one of the better ER experiences of my life. I am so thankful that these kind professionals were there for me when emergency struck in an unfamiliar place. Thank you!

Why do they not scan in the orders when they make the appointment? I was not given my father's order back when I made the innitial appointment and apparently they weren't scanned in or saved in the office. I had to go back to his doctor's office and get new orders and wasted 30 minutes. My father is diabetic and has been fasting all morning and cannot go past 9AM without eating. This place is horrible. Please re-train your front office staff.

Please look elsewhere I called and asked if they were able to provide a TB test for me prior to driving there when I arrived at the time they requested me to come at I was told that they would not be able to help me.

Don't get caught waiting while white. If you are Hispanic, they will add you to the queue as the did for the people both before and after me. If you aren't, then they tell you to come back when they are less busy. Worst medical facility and staff I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.

I was a patient at copper queen physical therapy douglas for approximately 3 months. I was very happy with their professional and experienced service to include friendliness. 😀 erron and Hector and all office staff members were great 👍. I Rene Rodriguez give them a 5 star rating. Keep up the great work to all.

If you want to pay real doctor prices to be seen in person but want to recieve care similar to a telephone appointment, this is the place for you. I had to perform my own surgery as they are literally incapable of sending a referral. The only thing they seem to do somewhat reliabily is send a bill. I had to pay $1300 to confirm what I already knew. They insisted on repeating tests I had completed at other facilities.

Great service and wonderful staff. From Dr Miller's compassionate treatment, to my RN (Roxanne) and Sheila, I received excellent and quick care. I was treated with dignity and if I ever require emergency care in the future I won't hesitate to use this facility again. Clean, well maintained building; kind compassionate staff; and a convenient location is why I gave this emergency room top ratings.
