My two year old son broke his arm a few weeks ago and we were treated at Conway Ortho. They were FANTASTIC! Dr. Howell is so thorough and kind. Very good experience!

Called to check on a mishap with my prescription being called in because the pharmacy didn’t have it. The receptionist was incredibly rude. I asked if there was a way they could text me confirmation about my prescription and she replied sarcastically about how she couldn’t text on her “personal phone” when that’s not what I asked. Super sarcastic and rude. She told me the nurse would handle it and she hung up on me. Whoever the receptionist was on 11/1 at around 4:30 pm should reconsider being a receptionist. On a positive note, I had a wonderful interaction while checking out with Dena Kay. She is the absolute sweetest and I appreciate her help.
