I am honored to say that there is a lady named Dori who works in Medical records who is awesome with a A! She is the nice little lady that sits behind the glass window what a joy she is! Thank you for all of your support. You are very warm kind & hospitable when people come to Medical records they’re in dire need of medical forms that can make or break their situation. She is very thorough. She’ll give you a receipt. She wants to know how your day is going -she wants to know how she can help! she even gives you encouragement as far as letting you know that this paperwork will go to the right people to help your situation. -you keep up the good work we need more people like you in the world. I was sick for two months and this place saved my life. When you don’t have anywhere to turn this place takes care of you. Dr. SAHANA SRIDAR treated me like her own son and guided me through this tough time in my life. She’s a doctor that really cares and doesn’t treat you like another number. If you ever get the pleasure to have her as your doctor treat her like your own mother!!!

This hospital is amazing, doctors are here to help not like Kaiser that want to prescribe without even doing blood work, x rays ect. Love and thank you CCRMC!

Shoutout to Jessica for flipping a patient's number from 6 to a 9, dialing the wrong number and me receiving it; it makes sense how someone had to write a review on their worst birth experience on here, because the worker was so unprofessional and yelled at me on the phone for being confused, as I, a 21 year old, didn't know what id "contra costa ct" was hence i answered thinking it was important. I said in the first place she got the wrong number but instead of double checking, she really was so sure of herself more than enough to proceed getting angry with me and being so negative over the phone. Whether I was the patient or especially not, keep your workers in check with how they approach people. Healthcare is supposed to help people feel at ease and safe, yet I've heard of people getting the worst treatment from nurses, especially during childbirth.

Gave birth here and went straight to the ER and was sent immediately to L&D. This was my 2nd pregnancy and first time at this hospital. I loveee the hospital and staff. I was truly taken care of. My RN was Judith or Judy, I can’t remember her name exactly (sorry). Everyone was so attentive and nice, I had the best experience. Thank you so much Contra Costa Medical. If I could give 1,000 stars I would.

The WORST costumer service. The worst attitudes. The rudest people work here. Don’t trust them with your life! Go to ANY other hospital but here.

My father has SVT and he had an order of CT Scan. I asked the nurse to monitor and check his heart rate for half an hour after CT to make sure there is no SVT attack. But the nurse refused. She said her shift will finish and she can not check his heart rate and it's not part of her job. Seriously? I asked at least check his heart rate for ten minutes but she refused. Anywhere in the world patient with SVT get monitor for couple hours after contrast injection to make sure the patient is fine.Seems it was not important for this place. Btw, we could not finish the CT scan just because of irresponsibility of the nurse while this image and diagnosis was so important. Now we have to wait for months to get another order and God knows how much the problem will develop until that day . So congrats to contra Costa regional hospital for hiring such a kindhearted, responsible and knowledgeable nurses. Shameful...
