Continuum is a wonderful place. I was greeted when I walked in by 2 friendly receptionists that helped me get checked in. Steven did my assessment and first session. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. After my first session I am already on the mend. I would not go anywhere else for physical therapy needs.

Continuum Physical Therapy is definitely highly recommended! From my initial phone call to every appointment I have had, I have felt heard and have been taken care of. Each appointment has been on time, no waiting time for my appointment. All my appointments were made to fit my schedule. Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful! I am so thankful for Continuum for helping me feel better.

I recently worked with the team at Continuum Wellness Clinic and I am grateful for the care and support they provided. She, Steven, and Olivia were always patient and encouraging, and they diligently worked together to help me become stronger. Tracy and McKayla were always welcoming, friendly, and professional while running the practice, including ensuring insurance issues were resolved. One of the things that impressed me the most was how the team collaboratively approached the best way to meet my optimal recovery needs while being compassionate and supportive of me, as well as each other. They frequently discussed my treatment to ensure I received the very best care and were committed to helping me return to my normal activities without pain. They used a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, dry needling, and education, to help me achieve this goal. The standard of care is excellent at every level and I felt like I was in good hands every time I went to treatment. I find it important to note that I routinely observed the team prioritize each patient's well-being, ensuring they rested if it was required, stopping treatment if their health precluded them from being able to continue safely, or walking them to the door if it was needed. Nick is awesome! The whole staff is outstanding. Nick and his staff take great care in your well-being and really want you to progress to reach your goals. Rehab is not easy or pain-free, but they skillfully push you to reach your limit at each session. I am extremely pleased with my progress and would highly recommend Continuum Wellness Clinic and Nick Wells for any physical therapy needs you might have.
