Contact Physical Therapy

They really deserve no star. My 1st time going to this location and man was the customer service horrible. The person that sits at the front seat was too busy laughing and giggling with a man working with a patient and it took her 15mins before she finally came to the desk. The only reason she came up to the desk was 2 other patients entered and she practically ran to get up front. When she helped me finally she called another associate over to talk about my insurance. Now here’s where it gets good, they both look at me and proceed to talk in Spanish thinking I don’t understand any of it. I’m Mexican too, just because I’m light skin doesn’t mean you can judge me. The woman that she had called over then tries to explain what they just said in Spanish and I told her I understood 100% even the insults they said. Then the other girl points out like I’m an idiot that the copay is on my card. Yes I understood that but if I’m told my insurance was ran prior and was told by an associate that called to confirm my appointment and insurance that my 1st visit would not be charged then what am I to think. Needless to say I left and spoke with my Dr about seeing another physical therapy specialist since this wasn’t a professional environment.

I love this team!!! They are friendly and energetic and hold you accountable for doing your exercises. Though they are quite busy, they truly take time to get to know each client and literally all the staff greet you by name each visit. Their professionalism and kindness is genuine and they want to help you feel better and get back to your normal life. I have continued past my initial visits because I see the progress they made with my injury. Very grateful that they put up with my silliness and sassiness! You guys rock CALEB, NINA, Samer, Alex, Alex, Keith, and Artleth!

10/10 this is your physical therapist! Unfortunately due to a bad car accident I was in physical therapy for over a year. This facility worked with my schedule and helped get my life back on track. Everyone who works here has been friendly and super helpful. Don't look any further, this is your physical therapist!

What a wonderful find! Very professional team. I’ve already worked with Dr. Buzz and Dr. Sammer as well as many of the PT assistance. They sure kept me very active having me go from one exercise to another to another for the entire time. I was also pleased with the different Healing modalities they had like the e-stim , dry needling, massage as well as heat and ice. Really great team of friendly people. It’s fun to hear the Spanish being spoken around me as well as the English. I’m even picking up a few more phrases of Spanish here, and there! Really happy to have Contact Physical Therapy in my life and highly recommend this place!

I would like to thank the Contact Physical Therapy of the Irvington location GREAT TEAM! Alex Woodson & Morgan PTA for such a successful job they did with me, including the Tech Myirna, Artleth, Alex, Ramon. I was not able to get treatment from PT Samer but you could tell he is as good. Directors Eddie you have a great team (Family) going on keep up the great job guys. Highly Recommended!!!

Contact Therapy is incredible. I was one of the first patients at this newer location. I started with broken foot and several ligament tears/sprains in ankle. They helped me go from being on crutches to hiking mountains again. The whole staff is so knowledgeable, capable, and caring- not to mention supportive friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. They really are like a family, working together and supporting each other’s needs with every patient. You are always greeted with a smile and welcomed and they treat you like a friend. Getting discharged was bittersweet because I hated to see them go but I loved being able to WALK away. I highly recommend this physical therapy center for all your needs.

The staff is super friendly and the physical therapists do a wonderful job at getting you back on your feet. I would highly recommend!
