If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been trying to get an appt for derm referral for 6 weeks. Have been turned away three times for missinformation/care provider not being at work. I have to now go out of pocket to get a referral from off post.

Rarely do I take the time to leave a scathing review, but this place has earned a comment. I've been on this installation for 3 years now and I have visited the CTMC probably 5-6 times. Not once have I been able to accomplish my task on a first time effort. Their incompetence as a whole facility is impressive. Its not even a singular department either. At this point a published schedule of hours only serves as a continuous joke to humor those who have free time to frequently not get a vaccine or other medical update accomplished.

I have been in the Military for 18+ Years and assigned to several POST, out of all of them, this is the worst Clinic for Troops. They literally treat you like trash. This is like a Chinese Production Line. Water and Ibuprofen for a rolled Ankle that is also causing severe back pain?

Been calling for a week no one has answered. I have been trying to get my LOD paperwork and have not received a call back at all this is ridiculous!!! Keep getting excuses from PT on why they’re not answering the phone.

don’t bother calling they’ll just hang up on you, people at the front desk have attitude all the time especially when you show up and civilians when your provider told you to be in Civilian’s

Dr. Mills is always so unprofessional, rude, and angry. You can tell that this man clearly hates his job, but the main thing that bothers me is that he gives off racist vibes. He's very slow, inept, and useless at his job. The clinic would probably benefit more cutting unnecessary cost to hire this man. He just makes the entire clinic look bad.

The chronic understaffing makes this CTMC 1-star. The front desk never answers the phone. If you want anything done you must go in-person. The care seems about Army standard thus far, I've never had to wait too long.

In person, everything is fine. When you call or try to do anything over the phone, it's such a hassle. I have to call MACH in order to get transfered to the CTMC to speak to someone, and half the time, they just hang up on you. When you call the clinic directly, they never pick up the phone.
