Great place to get a DOT physical done professional friendly I came in with no appointment and I was out within a couple of hours I would definitely come back here again for another DOT physicals

The WORST PLACE ON EARTH. The front desk asked you to sign on the little screen, she stated: oh you can’t see what you’re signing but I can see it on my screen. Totally illegal NOT TO ASK if you’re ok releasing your HEPAA. They took your privacy without asking, and the ph telling you “We can see everything we want” that’s a lie. That’s why exist HEPAA. they didn’t do a drug screen or nothing, only look on my prescriptions that I’m not even taking at the time of this and assume things. I think dot lawyers should be on top of this. Because is nothing on the green book that said that because you have prescribed medications on your chart you can’t operate a vehicle. I hope some law enforcement really check into this. Because I DIDNT authorized NO ONE, the work HEPPA OR my records came on the conversation. Oh well is ND, what can I spect my having an accent.

Physical therapy was great and very informative experience. Happy over all with service just to far driving from Powers Lake to Williston on work days.

The doctor helped me work through an issue that I couldn't get help for. Thanks doc! I am now gainfully employed again in the oilfield.

Awesome clinic they stayed late on a Friday to stitch up a deep cut

Over three hours just to get a drug screen... the slowest place in town by far.. ridiculous !!!!!
