Within just a few visits, I went from a patient checking a box to someone Dr. Amanda can't get rid of. Despite having a "normal" birth with no injuries, I discovered a lifetime of incorrect breathing patterns and muscular retraining that needed attention. I've been seeing Dr. Amanda for about a year and a half now, and I recommend her to just about every woman I know. Her ability to connect pelvic floor issues to broader muscle groups truly sets her apart. Almost every issue I've brought to her has been resolved through homework, neuromuscular retraining, or trial and error sessions. Dr. Amanda doesn't give up until she finds the root cause of your ailment and a plan to fix it. She's now my go-to fixer for full-body issues. Her care is to thank for my Crossfit lifts getting stronger, the reason my lower abs are defined, and for me being able to carry my toddler in a hiking pack. Plus, she's easygoing, makes you feel super comfortable, and is fun to get to know!

I highly recommend seeing Dr. Amanda if you are experiencing any pelvic floor issues! I started seeing her 4 months postpartum and wish I would've met with her while I was pregnant. I've learned through her that many things can affect the pelvic floor and during our sessions Amanda does a full assessment to pinpoint what should be focused on. She is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job educating and teaching things I can do at home to help with pelvic floor health. I also appreciate Amanda for getting to know me as a person - she truly cares about her patients! My postpartum recovery has come so far thanks to her. I cannot recommend Dr. Amanda more!

Amanda was by far the best investment I made during my second pregnancy. She thoroughly listened and didn’t rush through the appointments. She made sure that everything needed was addressed. With my second delivery, I had no tearing and my pelvic floor strength is much better than my first pregnancy because of Amanda. She is truly the best and I’ll be forever grateful!

Amanda is a wonderful physical therapist! My doctor recommended her for pelvic health issues, which she really helped me resolve, and then when I injured my knee she helped me rehab that as well. Her years of training and experience in physical therapy make her an expert in multiple areas of physical therapy, but her concentration on pelvic health has been a life-changer for me. She is so warm and kind, as well as knowledgeable, that she makes it easy to discuss and work on pelvic health issues with her. I’m so glad to have been her patient. Mary Jo Nolan

Literally cannot say enough good things about Dr. Amanda. Pelvic floor PT is a must for woman post-childbirth, and she is the best out there (and I've gone to a few!). She is consent based, extremely thorough in her explanations, and truly listens to your goals to help you recover after having a baby. The most important thing I took away is that what is common for women post childbirth (like incontinence) isn't normal, and that it is never too late to start healing. Birthing parents-this is such an important thing to understand!! I am back to my pre-pregnancy fitness levels, and have a far better understanding of my core and pelvic floor than I ever did before. I would (and have!) recommend her to anyone.

Amanda is so great at what she does in helping women get back to feeling healthy and strong again after having a baby! So many people just shrug things off as “that’s just what happens after having a baby” but Amanda actually hears you and understands how important it is to get back to feeling yourself. Thanks for all of your expertise and kindness, Amanda!!

Dr. Amanda was a joy to work with! I worked with her both during pregnancy to prep for labor and during postpartum to heal afterwards. I definitely think that our work together improved my labor experience and helped me bounce back pretty quickly after my baby was born. I highly recommend working with her!

Amanda has been absolutely incredible! I started seeing her late in my 2nd trimester for hip pain, and continued to see Amanda for birth prep and recovery postpartum. She is not only knowledgable but kind and helpful when sharing and teaching you about your pelvic floor. I’ve been able to get back to being active with confidence that I’m helping my body heal and preventing any further damage-all thanks to Amanda! I highly, highly recommend Amanda if you’re seeking out Pelvic Floor Therapy!
