Connections Therapy Centers

Connections Therapy Center has been so helpful and has great providers and staff that have gone above and beyond to help my child. I am incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful experience for my child at Connections Therapy. I don’t trust my kids with anyone because it’s so hard to find good quality services. I have always had good quality experiences every visit at Connections. Everyone there is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!!!

Only minimal help and they charge a lot more if you go thru insurance. Even if you go the cheaper private pay route (which does not go toward your deductible), you can't schedule on an "as needed" basis or they discharge and you have to pay another $150 for another "evaluation" visit. I am grateful for the bubble blowing, kazoo, and tongue stretching exercises I was given, as those have been helpful at alleviating tension temporarily. But they really aren't long-term solutions. Frankly, what has helped me the most was reaching out to a highly-recommended, Boston-based vocal coach with 30+ years' of experience. I'm able to Skype with him every week and use the videos of my sessions to work through tension-eliminating, voice-improving exercises that are slowly tearing down my bad habits and rebuilding a healthy vocal foundation. As a singer dealing with MTD, finding him has been the biggest and most therapeutic blessing of my life. But I will always appreciate the efforts the Connections speech therapist made to try and help me.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this facility, they are truly life changing! My daughter has been attending speech therapy along with occupational therapy here since July of 2021. She has gone from being mirror dyslexic, sounding like she’s from Brooklyn (speech impediment), negative self talk and having very low self confidence to one of the most vibrant, confident, caring little ladies I’ve laid eyes on. During her occupational therapy with Mrs. Angie, she has been put to the test in her physical, mental and emotional abilities. Between climbing rock walls, to following recipes, to learning how to communicate and build relationships, to just down right believing in herself, my daughter has made the most beautiful transformation with Mrs. Angie’s and Mrs. Brittney’s help. She went from being afraid to talk to really anyone, to being elementary school class president! Mrs. Angie curated knowledge and a relationship with my daughter and I that will never be forgotten! We can’t thank you enough!

We absolutely love Connections! They have made every aspect of speech therapy easy and enjoyable. My daughter looks forward to every therapy session and we look forward to watching her continue to grow. We appreciate everything they’ve done for our daughter and us as parents. They have made life easier as a family now that our toddler can communicate her needs and wants clearly. We’d recommend Connections Therapy Centers to anyone who may need the help or to those with questions. They are fantastic!

We love going to Connections Therapy. The therapists are genuinely concerned about my son and how he's doing. He's been going to them for the last 4/5 years or so and his progress has been amazing. He went from speaking a few words to having full conversations in these years, plus a much better coordination with his hands and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend this place. He sees Amanda and Sherri in Speech and Angie in OT at the IF office.

My son just graduated speech therapy and we were so sad to leave because we absolutely adored Sam. She was so great with our son. As an anxious mom I really appreciated her willingness to allow me to attend sessions/glean information by silently observing them. I also appreciated her methods and the way she interacted with my son- so much I was later comfortable with having my son go solo to sessions. But on days my son wanted me to come with him, she never forced it and had me come along. I so appreciated that. She is fantastic with kids and is seriously such a gifted language pathologist. Thank you Sam for helping my son find his voice. We are also so grateful for our occupational therapist Kelsey. I really appreciate her fun and gradual approach to food play. I love how she follows my son's lead and makes it so fun. I appreciate her gentle approach and am super amazed by her skills, knowledge, and tips.

I have absolutely loved the experiences I have had so far with this place. My son attends speach, physical, and occupational therapies here and all of his therapists are incredible! We get to work with so many wonderful people. My son gets to be helped by Angie, Amber, Mikayla, and Jon. All of them are wonderful and I am so happy with how much they have already helped my son improve.

My daughter has been going here for a couple years now and has grown so much. She has speech and OT therapy every week and always asks when her therapy day is because she's so excited to go back. She has so much fun with her therapists while working on what needs to be worked on. Her therapists are so wonderful and kind. They work with us and keep in contact with us if anything happens. I highly recommend this place.
