Connections Therapy Center

My daughter has attended Connections for some years. The service is personable; they are more than flexible and accommodating. My daughter has thrived while attending. Thank you all for the great service and caring for baby.

I contacted them to get services for my son and sent over my insurance information. I never received a call back. The lady I spoke to sounded like she was eating lunch and didn't want to be bothered. Needless to say my son's PII is sitting on someone's desk and my phone call was never returned. They really need to work on customer service.

Walked in gave referral to a woman at the front desk no one called me for months this was. October 2018 no one called me ever I contacted them constantly still no return calls now its February and I contacted them again for them to say my referral expired to my surprise I asked how the woman on the phone blamed my pediatrician unprofessional

The therapy center is the absolute worst healthcare system I’ve ever been too. The administrative staff is rude and unprofessional, and incompetent!!! The managers don’t follow up with the patients. The therapist turnover is high bc once a good person see how lousy this place is they leave. This entire facility is joke. They don’t understand what it means to offer “patient centered care”!!!
