They did charge incorrectly. I went for a consultation my spouse wrist pain. They insisted me to take brace when I told I have few in my house dr told it’s not chargeable and only took my copay part on that day which is legitimate .After 3 months they sent me a bill of $231 and charged directly to my credit card. I called them and discuss with them and I told them I can return because it no use for my spouse as we already had. Beware of them. I do not recommend the service as well as the behavior of them.

I am a patient of Dr. Gray. He has been treating me over a period of months and I can’t say enough positive things about the care I have received. He has gone above and beyond to assist me in receiving the best care possible. Dr. Gray has collaborated with multiple physicians to meet my clinically complex needs. He has been compassionate, caring and a strong advocate. The staff have been warm and always helpful. I strongly recommend CT Family Orthopedic Group and Dr. Gray!

walked in and got seen by a PA and he deemed me completely fine, front desk said they did not need to follow up. on monday morning or so im asked to follow up, confused i just said whatever set it friday but i may have to cancel because i have a job and i much would rather be at said job. i’m greeted into my 30 minute lunch break the next day by 4 separate calls (ignored) from these people as if they’re my first priority and i don’t have a job like most people saying that they’re confirming the appointment, and i got an automated text message asking me to confirm or cancel, i requested to cancel. done. right? no, the text said it was marked for cancellation. i get a voicemail today saying they need to see me, so i get frustrated on another SHORT LUNCH BREAK and call the office, and a lady answers and puts me on hold for 5 minutes asking if i really feel like i need to cancel. hold again. then she said someone marked it for follow up and it was a mistake. so i can cancel if i want. she was acting like a $20 copay would make or break their office. anyways it took a long time to even get that answer. they call too much and are disorganized and this is exactly why i hate dealing with doctors offices. if i get another call from these people i’m really going to go mad

Dr Rogell treated our 2 year old today after a fall at daycare. He was gentle, thorough and had excellent bed side manner. Thankfully it was nothing serious for our son, but we were very thankful for a fantastic doctor who treated our (very shy and scared) baby with a huge deal of respect and patience. Thank you!

Eight weeks ago I had a total right knee replacement by Dr. Scweitzer. At my first appointment, he thoroughly explained to me the procedure and I saw the apparatus that he would be replacing in my knee. On the day of the surgery was of course very nervous, but his smile made my fears go away. The surgery was a success and I had both minimum swelling and minimum pain. Physical therapy went well. As a matter of fact, the physical therapists were amazed at how quickly my range of motion was restored. I owe this all to the remarkable surgical skills of Dr. Schweitzer. He is my hero!

Talk about the business of medicine. Now, you not only have to have insurance but they demand a credit card to be placed on file which they will bill you for any uncovered portion ! And they are going to charge your card regardless. They will not send a bill. They will not accept a check. They do not care about an open amount hitting your credit card. It is a business and we are the customer. I can't begin to describe my frustration ! ! ! If you don't sign credit card authorization, they tell you to re-schedule. Basically go fxxx yourself. Go some place else.

Absolutely awful billing department, unfortunately I had my procedure done by their staff. It has not even been a month since my surgery, I have not received a bill it has not even been enough time for my insurance to respond to my billing questions. Ct family ortho has already put me on a payment plan I have not authorized and charged me whatever money they felt like.
