Not real sure what’s going on in THIS office but nobody EVER answers the phone & IF & when they do your sent to voice mail boxes that are full or told they will pass on a message to whomever it is your looking to speak to, but in fact they don’t!! NOBODY EVER RETURNS YOUR CALL!! then calling back you get the same run around, no answer, full voice mails & on and on…. Or you’re treated like a nuisance!!! I KNOW messages aren’t being delivered cause my Dr. Dr. Agawalt & Judy care DEEPLY for their patients & would NEVER disregard them in anyway! But unfortunately you have to go through this maze of people who just don’t care, I guess you have to be in a patients situation to understand the importance of our calls!

No one ever picks up the phone, despite there ALWAYS being a secretary present. So what exactly are you doing that you can never answer the phone? Time to start writing complaints, seems that's the only way to get some change.

The place used to be good but trust me after 5 years of going there the place has gone down hill. Had to change providers. Especially watch out for Tim Bombard. The guy is nice but doesn't have a clue. He's a quack and not even a doctor. Take your business elsewhere. Trust me.

I've been treated well for a long time I've been going there for a long time tim is my doctor and he's great I have no problems when I go there. It's a great place to go and I get a lot of good feedback and my treatment plan is very good. I do group on Saturdays and I enjoy very much I get help in that give help I guess. Thank you!

After a series of surgeries lead to a prescription pain medication dependency, I became a patient at this practice, treated respectfully by the staff who truly cares about the opioid crisis & becoming my support system in recovery by addressing my physical symptoms combined with balancing my mental health. After trying other similar providers in the past this has been the success I was desperately in need of!

I was seen by Dr. DeGruttola the first time I walked through the door. I've spent time talking to him, Jeff and Kristin who has handled problems for me. People are pleasant there. I have felt comfortable talking to all of them. And, Dr. Hergan from Hartford. I would recommend this place to other people.

Everyone there has been amazing! They got me in the very first day I went into the office! The Dr is very understanding and very caring. The office guy and gals are so sweet!!! I'm never going anywhere else again!!!!

I have been a patient there for approx.1yr.. I go to the Norwich branch and straight out of the gate i was assigned to Dr. D, whom in my opinion, having dealt with numerous treatment facilities over a 20 plus year run , is by far the most knowledgeable, empathic, and compassionate man i have ever had the honor of working with. I can not speak to anyone's experience other than my own but i will say that due to him alone, his dedication, his attention to my own personal journey and willingness to "ALWAYS" do everything he can to accommodate the variety of challenges faced in my treatment plan i am here today alive,clean and sober as a direct result. i will always be grateful to his sacrifice for my continued success in this journey!!!
