Conforti Physical Therapy and Fitness Center - Mechanicsburg

I came to Conforti for post foot surgery PT. PT was helpful in relaxing scar tissue and tendons and to gain better range of motion, all which allows for more comfortable ability to be on my feet to do day-to-day activities and as well as participate in recreational activities. Chris taught me techniques I can use at home as my foot continues to heal. He and the staff at Conforti offer a very caring and professional atmosphere.

Jeff and his team seamlessly work together and are very skilled in their profession. They are friendly and make rehab effective but not demanding. I had total shoulder replacement July 2019 and began outpatient rehab after in-home rehab ended. Jeff explained the schedule at the outset and clearly managed my expectations. Jeff followed my progress and suggested increased exercise and weights as necessary. I would recommend Conforti PT to anyone needing physical therapy with a gentle touch.

I have utilized Conforti for physical therapy on three occasions and have been pleased with the results each time, so much so that I have been in a wellness program there for a few years now, which helps me maintain my mobility. The PT, Chris, and the PTA, Kim, are very experienced and go above and beyond expectations. The office staff is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Billing procedures are horrible. Paid my copay that I was told was all that was due, even paying in advance of services, to only be billed multiple service fees after over a month of therapy. Had conversations via email and phone multiple times and was told they were looking into it, during a conversation she stated again that the copay was all that came up when she looked at my insurance. Over 3 months of the office pushing it off on the billing department nothing has been resolved and l am left paying the bills. Very disappointed. The therapy was good but I will never return there.

I had a knee replacement which I thought would have taken months to heal. I was pleasantly surprised when it healed a lot quicker than I thought. The personal attention I received made it a lot easier to understand just how to get my knee back to being perfect. thank you

I was a patient of Conforti at the Mechanicsburg location for about six months. Not only did I receive top notch physical therapy, but everyone was very kind as well as professional. When it was time for my treatment to end, I felt like I was leaving family.
