Patient experiences
Most of the locations have closed. I had a sprained rotator cuff, bicep tendonitis and trap sprain. 6 weeks to get an appointment by then I had a follow up with the doctor. Then had another issue another doctor put in a referral for. It's MAY and they said they are booking THE END OF SEPTEMBER?!??!?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? HOW IS THIS EVEN ACCEPTABLE TO MANAGEMENT????? Looks like I'll be getting physical therapy at a RELIABLE AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED BUSINESS!!!
Save yourself pain and suffering and don't go to this practice for physical therapy. They have poorly trained therapists. Bad management. I got hurt by a physical therapist at foundry street location. They never took accountability for their wrongdoing and left me with chronic pain and suffering. Go to a facility where they have properly trained therapist who will not perform unnecessary experiment on your body and won't leave you injured. Will not recommend them to anyone.
