Concept Therapy PC

The staff is very professional, and respectful of the needs and limitations of their clients. I am astounded by the speed of my recovery, all thanks to their care. I thank you all.

The staff at Concept Therapy is top notch. Arek with physical therapy is great. I'll always appreciate him for teaching me to walk again ("find your line:" "strike with your heel"). Katie with speech therapy is in a class by herself. I owe them a lot.

I highly recommend this phenomenal facility. Carri always answers the phone and patiently deals with insurance companies. Carri also explains billing, she is a wonderfully caring person. Everyone in the facility is welcoming and friendly. The group works very well together. I had injuried my shoulder a year ago and could not get any testing done on it because of COVID-19, so I had very limited movement. Dana, Phenomenal Occupational Therapist, explained what was going on with my shoulder and how the exercises would help increase movement. I consider Dana a Miracle Worker. I can now move my arm normally. Thank you Concept Therapy PC!

My husband received excellent in-home therapies from Concept Therapy for over 5 years. Everyone there became part of our family. Of course when I needed therapy, I would have no one else. They are the best!

Although I have never been to the facility, the came out and did pt with my dad at his assisted living facility. PT and the people that so it are great!!! HOWEVER..... Billing is a nightmare and nobody will answer phone calls or questions regarding it!! We have paid all our bills and discontinued PT and we are still getting billed and charged as if we are still going!!!! 😠

Brooke was fantastic. Everyone that I talked to at concept therapy were great. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO GO TO CONCEPT THERAPY FOR ALL YOUR REHABILITUON NEEDS!!!!!

I had awesome results with speech therapy & therapy for Bell's palsy, would definitely recommend to friends. Both locations were clean, friendly and easy to find.

They have an excellent staff who work with your schedule and work with you as a TEAM. I highly recommend this facility.
