Concentra Urgent Care

Everyone I dealt with were very kind and gracious. No one was in a hurry even though the waiting room was full of people. And when I was doing my physical part of my appointment the gentleman that was working with me explained everything first and. Cheered me on the whole time! Great experience 👍.

The entire staff at the Concentra office location in Windsor ,CT was very helpful and professional and very tactful and very efficient and got me out of there in less than an hour. They are much faster and more consistent with their customers than they used to be in the past

The visit was fine but they didn't give me papers for my audiogram or did not send it to the company so I had to go a few days later to pick them up and deliver them myself, delaying the whole process by a few days...

I was at concentra in Windsor CT. The staff there was very nice and friendly 😊. The staff who did the drug test Leyanna was so professional and helpful and friendly. I would recommend my friends and family and co-workers there. She was very nice. You should give her a raise. Thank you

Long wait of 3 or so hours with limited wifi. I understand it's urgent care and that it takes a while, but... Otherwise staff was friendly and quick once seeing them.

I showed up at 9 and didn't get seen until after 11. I called ahead to make an appointment and they told me to just come as a walk in. Also I misunderstood one of the nurses and the rest of them laughed at me for it. Some guy behind me in the waiting room blew his knew out and couldn't get back into his wheelchair so he was screaming and crying and nobody did anything for him. The property is pretty but the place sucked for me, your experience may differ from mine.

Should not have taken 2.5 hours just to pee in a cup for a simple drug screening. A majority of that time was spent standing in the patient check in for an hour while the front desk staff pretends you don’t exist. I understand you’re busy, but I used to work for an urgent care and this was just unacceptable. Have a better set up for the influx of patients you’re seeing in a day. However, the girl that took care of me in the back was great! So quick and efficient!

3 stars because the techs were great. I came in for a DOT drug test. Staff were kind, courteous, and helpful, but clearly over worked. I’ve been to a few different sites across CT for the same test and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The techs at this site were courteous and helpful despite clearly trying to be as efficient as possible. This is the perfect recipe for errors, and for a DOT worker dependent on routine drug tests, the techs deserve to have an appropriate workload reflective of the areas they serve.
