Concentra Urgent Care

The wait time was horrible! I was there for 3 hours waiting to get services and was there for 4 hours! The front desk young lady gave me paperwork (after filling out online paper) an hour and a half after sitting and waiting. She then tells me getting the paperwork after an hour and a half later doesn’t affect when I’m seen. I asked her for an approximate eta on when I was going to be seen because it’s been an hour and a half and she stated it’s going to be a while. She then proceeded to tell me she told me it was going to be a while. I told her she did not because had I been informed of their processes (if you’re not there when they call your name, they will give you a phone call and a few minutes to make it back in), I would have left to go to another appointment I had to be at before 3pm. She then stated a couple times, “I could have sworn I told you.” I told her she did not tell me and let her and the staff know had I known, I would have gone to my other appointment! Needless to say, I had to wait extremely long. I left to go to my other appointment, came back and STILL had to wait and there was NO phone call to me letting me know it was my time to be seen, even after I saw them call multiple people who was not in the building! I was gone to my other appointment for approximately 40 minutes btw! Honestly would NEVER use them, if I had a choice. My agency sent me here for job related tests. The way I felt, I would have been better off using my insurance and getting whatever needed to be done by my physician. Horrible experience! Only thing I can say good was by the time I saw the one completing some of my things, she was extremely nice! I completed those things and waited for the doctor to come in and complete the physical and he took maybe 5 minutes and then I was done 🤦🏾‍♀️.

Don’t bother calling, the phone will just ring. waited 2 hours for a drug test and 4 hours for a physical. They can’t tell you how long you’ll be waiting for just that “they’ll call you” when it’s your turn. Staff were friendly but what management is this place under? Diagnostic tests should be by appointment only, they only seem to allow walk ins. For a more detailed explanation, I have attached photos.

Don't come here for care. Find a better doctor for treatment. This place isn't for the patient. Looking for functionality rather than for pain. Good luck but find somewhere better. Sign for your own doctor if you can. You'll waste your time here. They don't care about you here nor what you say.

I have to say very professional felt welcome and my therapist was great she was professional and I felt comfortable to have such a good therapist and that was with on my first day really feel that I my recovery will go well. So Consentra physical therapy so far gets a thumbs up 👍

The staff here is very nice, they are polite and welcoming. I've been seen by Jonathan Budhram and he is a beyond exceptional Dr. He has been very attentive, genuinely hears my concerns overall, evaluates based off my visit here and just goes above and beyond. He does not brush or rush me away he genuinely takes a moment to hear and evaluate completely. The waiting room is a bit small but the staff do the best they can to get us in and out.. I've noticed some people were complaining about the wait, however i felt they were efficient and that the wait would only come for any walk ins.. which is normal for any urgent care and such.. thank you to the amazing kind staff, and also thank you to Jonathan Budhram- this is the type of staff, drs, clinicians that make a true difference in patients lives.

Staff was helpful and friendly, but they seemed to be understaffed. If I've ever had to wait longer for a simple pre employment drug screen I can't remember when. There were several people who were vocally very upset about their wait in the lobby area area as well.

You were really good about my issue you might be very very busy but you took care of me and still are. You make sure your clients are taken care off but like I said new walke in’s do wait on visit day 4- to 5 hrs to get seen that’s the only thing that bother me but also I walked in at 11 thinking that’s my appointment time and didn’t no walk is can’t take appointments for the first time so that’s the 4 hours waited because the already have to the take the one with the appointment first then as soon as your in your the room you wait another 1 1/2 hour just to be seen by the doctor so with all being said if your a walkin make sure your there at 7 730 so can be the first one in and out just my experience that’s all but they take care of you there serious about that!!!!!!

The staff was excellent, however they did not fill out and find the paperwork they provided me and I had to drive back the next day to pick up the signed paperwork. I live 30 minutes away which means I drove 2 hours and wasted my gas ⛽ when it should have been only one trip.
