My experience at Concentra was outstanding. Nonetheless, Liz, who administered my whole drug screening and testing, was exceptionally commendable. Alongside her amiability, she demonstrated remarkable professionalism, streamlining the process more effectively than any other facility I had ever attended for drug testing.
I am very happy with Concentra. The customer service is great. I arrive to my appointments and check in right away. They call me in a few minutes. I get to see the Doctor right away.
The receptionist was great, kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend this company for your medical needs.
The receptionist, my therapist Eric and the whole team are the best. My therapy session were so helpful and relaxing, I was being physically and mentally healed at the same time. Not including me falling asleep. Lol They all had a part in my recovering process. I thank you all so very much.
Came here for my first physical therapy session and I have to say I am impressed!!! Moses is my physical therapist and I have to say, simply amazing! Professional, intelligent and Moses bedside manor is on point! Super friendly and down to earth! The employee's here genuinely care and should be given a raise, just because...😉😎✌ 8/30/2017 - UPDATE Front office reception Jonathen and Rafiel have been extremely helpful to me during my time of medical injuries. Both are professional, kind and have a great attitude towards me. Dr. Barba is my primary specialist treating me for my injuries and would like to praise him publicly. Dr. Barba is professional, extremely articulate, kind and very patient when I see him. I would highly recommend asking for Dr.Barba to be your primary treating physician. All the qualities I have witnessed and stated previously above should make this a NO brainer...😉😎 Thank you U.S. Healthworks team!!!
Dr. Lucas is great, he listens but I still haven’t gotten my prescriptions that he wrote.
Nurses were very attentive. Doctor was great and very helpful. Wait time was very reasonable.
