What a terrible experience! I came in for a new hire drug test and physical. I arrived at 1:50 pm, but I didn't see the doctor until 3:45 pm. The place wasn't busy, but the front desk and medical assistants were unhelpful and inattentive. I had difficulty filling out the application on the tablet and needed assistance, but none of the front desk staff were willing to help. They kept telling me I was doing it wrong. It took me having to request a manager to get the necessary assistance. The process to fill out the form took only 5 minutes once the manager helped me on the computer. The lack of communication and customer service here is a joke. I'm over 60 years old and not very tech-savvy, so I expected better support and guidance from the front desk. I definitely would not recommend this clinic

Dr Mi is an amazing neurologist. I have been a patient for years. She has fixed me and made my severe migraines manageable after suffering with them since teen years. What did I wait for so long ( decades)? So much time lost! Dr Mi literally helped me regain my life back after escalating therapy until it was under total control. She is super knowledgeable, personable, up to date with the latest guidelines. Life saver!!!! Thank you Doctor Mi!

A young nurse(male) is not caring and rude. We go to the clinic because we need care from you guys:( Secondly, A nurse told me walking is welcome but when I went to see the doctor, the manager told me I need a appointment. "When I told her, welcome is OK" A nurse said,the manager was rude at me and called me to see the doctor after all the patients were seen. She made me wait about 4 hours. I am sure she did it intentionally. Extremely terrible experience!

The guys did NOT know what they were doing. I had to do the phone text registration 4 times because “I just wanted to see something” said the nurse. Legit made me wait while they all had a conversation about owing and buying a house. Definitely these nurses are worries about helping out people. Mind you there’s only 3 of us in the waiting room and 3 of them in the front office. Plus the ones in the back. You can’t tell me y’all are backed up. Thanks for the hour plus wait for just the 2 second stay y’all did

My first visit had long waiting time to see the doctor but the clinic is clean, friendly & professionals staff members and the doctor was knowledgeable and did the right treatment to gave me leave feeling better. Parking was no problem and free. A very pleasant experience and I can recommend this clinic with a 5 star rating. Thank you.

11/10 came at 6pm and they did not accept me because they were busy and they closed at 7pm. I returned sat 11am, was informed wait was 3hrs because an md did not show up! Very frustating after I was finally seen . All the staff was nice and profesional. Bad service as far as wait time and not having another md to cover an absent doctor. Physical therapy evaluation is a week after? Because they are tending to 3 locations! Lets get more staff in to treat patients like me that are in pain.

Poorest service ever. People who work their are not trained at all. 4 people tried to draw my blood and failed, even the PA, she poked me manytme and could not get the vein. I left with brutal bruises and pain and my blood was not drawn. Spent 2 hours there. Never had such an awful painful yet traumatizing experience ever. They need new crew there for sure ! I won’t even give them 1 star.
