Concentra Medical Center provided an exceptional experience. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and highly professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The doctors were attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to address all my concerns. I felt genuinely cared for and in great hands. Highly recommend Concentra for their outstanding service!

Friday 10/25/2024 was my first visit to Concentra for a DOT examination. I was greeted by helpful office staff to check me in as a new patient. The Dr.’s assistant who performed the eye exam and collected my urine sample was a courteous professional. Finally the Dr. who examined me was thorough as well. I was pleased with all facets of my visit and plan to return for future DOT examinations and would advise others in need to do the same. Thank You for all that you do.

They take very good care of me on Every visit. They are very nice, They care greatly for your comfort and your concerns, and let you go at your pace, yet encouraging you to do more if you can. I absolutely look forward to my appointments with them. They really want to help me get better.

Sandy at the front desk did amazing at checking me in! She was running the show at the desk answering all the phone calls and checking people in! She is a rock star! Issey helped me in the back and was super friendly! Great office and staff!

I understand everyone’s frustration with the long wait times, which seem to stem from overbooking patients. While the staff seem to work hard and the service quality is commendable, there are notable issues. Reaching them by phone is particularly problematic; you often face extended hold times or disconnections. Moreover, when transferred to another operator, they frequently lack the authority or knowledge to address your issue, leading to further calls and unhelpful options. It's crucial that the importance of the service provided is matched with adequate staffing to handle requests effectively.

Staff at this location get 5 stars and more. Front desk staff very friendly and professional. Tony was awesome. I will drive the 90 minutes any day just not to experience my local Concentra

The front desk gals were very nice and knowledgeable of their systems and how they could help. The nurse that helped me inside was a very cool, friendly, and knowledgeable guy. Asked questions I didn’t think of and helped me with everything.
