Concentra Urgent Care

The way I was treat by the nurse her is terrible! For one there is no doctor there it is a nurse practitioner ! He was very rude l! I called him a doctor thinking he was a doctor and he snapped at me! Telling me he was a NP ! The ladies in front was awesome very helpful! All of the women in the office was! But this company is not for the employees they will treat you terrible and force you back to work! They will also make you do physical therapy when you are not feeling your best! I don’t feel safe no comfortable coming to this clinic for this type of treatment ! The guy scared me when he began to yell and then went asked another assistant to help him with me i was not rude but very much so in pain and he was no help! he never touched me nor examined he stayed back like as if i had something very racist! very unprofessionally! He never asked me for my job description and didn’t listen to any of my concerns! This is not a hood place to come to for worker’s compensation

Everyone there was great except the dot doctor and the director. The doctor was very rude and unprofessional. He slammed the door on me like he was a little kid and he is on some kind of power trip. Somebody need to do something about this doctor ASAP!!! The other issue that I have is why the director of this facility told me to go to a different branch 😔 when you supposed to fix the problem that you have there. This was my third time going to this place.

Long wait! Had to fill out online the paper work that I had already filled out. Nurse staff seemed to be lacking experience. Having my blood drawn every 6mos at Kaiser, if I tell the nurse go in right here and she goes in at an angle and no blood comes out right away well your doing it wrong! Be aware of this place!

I had a good experience at Concentra, the workers were welcoming & I was serviced in a timely fashion. My appointment didn't take long at all and everybody loved my shoes lol.

I recently took a medical exam at Union city California site for Triple Canopy security company/Government contractor. First off besides waiting for hours to get checked in I was told that the procedures required are not available but have similar to conduct the test given to other security companies. They started me off with the test by doing a 6 minutes stepping on a piece of plastic steps that were too high made for individual whose heights are 5’8” or more, although I completed the test heart rate would be higher than a normal person who’s height would be 5’8” because of their longer legs. NeXT would be the treadmill for 5 minutes completed no issues then, urine test I’m sure they found some protein in it due to my diabetes next the eye test no issues followed by, hearing test according to the tester she indicated that I did good and clicked on all the sounds that beeped. Upon completion, a Practitioner came in the room and looked at my diabetes sensor on my arm and said I will fail you for the job because you’re a diabetic. unless you can have your doctor write a statement stating that you’re ok then he said I failed the steps test because my heart rate was high, although I wanted to say something but I refrain from saying anything, in my mind says of course my heart rate would be high because I’m 5’4” and my legs are short for those steps. Anyway I took his the paperwork he gave me and moved on I regret not saying anything about the facility not having the right equipment and personnel staff for those particular test. I felt that I was disqualified and discriminated because of my diabetes, height and age.

It’s a friendly place to be treated and the associates there are really welcoming and have great hospitality. I enjoy it every time am there for physical or anything else. I highly recommend to anyone who’s going there. Thank you concentra.

Staff were all friendly. They welcomed and accommodated us immediately. They were very helpful. They didn’t give us a hard time unlike other branches.

I had a great experience checking in for my walk-in visit using the new online check-in process via my smartphone. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, as well!
