Concentra Urgent Care

Did a pre-employment physical here with employer provided forms. The staff never missed a beat as they filled out redundant documents, all the while remaining upbeat and friendly. I was out I less than an hour and this included full vision and hearing testing as well as an exam. From the initial reception to the exam with the doctor, everyone was professional and easygoing.

The doctors don't listen to you including the physical therapy person. They told me my pain was basically all in my head when it's not. I was hurt at work. I heard them tell another person that they will release them even if they're in pain as long as they can still lift or do their duty at work. Dr Chavez is the One who said it's basically all in my head. Basically told me that nothing else can hurt near or around my shoulder that got hurt a week or two after the accident. Not very clean either especially in the physical therapy area. The doctor may be spends a minute with you no longer than two. Do not go here if you actually want to heal and get better. Not to mention it takes forever to be seen. I saw them take many people ahead of me when I was there first. Had an appointment at 11:00 didn't get into a room until 12:00 and left at 12:30. They don't care they're always short-staffed according to them. Especially on Mondays when the crew decided to get too drunk and calls in sick. I'm surprised they're still open. Dr Chavez is also the medical director of that location. I'm surprised it's still working but it doesn't work very well. That place needs to be shut down or give it a new medical director. Get different staff that actually wants to work. One of the worst places I've ever been to.

My first visit here. I had to go for a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and TB test. This location is top notch in all respects!!! From everyone through the front desk staff to the doctor made it a truly enjoyable visit. They were efficient, friendly, and organized. Everything went very rapidly. I would highly recommend this location for any of your medical needs!!!

Very clean and modern. I went in for a random drug screen on this visit. Waited longer than usual but that is rare for my experiences. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

Gentlemen that works up front had a crappy attitude with me and my husband. Husband went in for a drug test, sat there waiting for a good 25 mins, noone else was in there and he had a set appointment. Not busy at all. Very pushy, rushy and not very friendly. Experience there sucked, Hopefully they get a better front desk associate.

Really rude… was waiting for a drug screening and right away the guy at the desk had an attitude like I was inconveniencing HIM cuz I had to go pee in a cup lol.. there was a lady waiting to be seen, obviously in pain, and the crazy looking nurse lady with crazy blonde hair called her back and instead of helping this woman she stares at her and rolls her eyes at the woman grunting in pain and struggling to get up. I was amazed she kept making eye contact with me or other patients in the waiting room and almost chuckling at this woman like we would also find this funny… Aren’t you trained to help someone in situations like this? Take her big heavy bag for her? Hold her hand to assist her getting up or walking through your door?? Then our guy at the front again was acting so so rude to a young black man who came in asking to give his mother her charger.. he refuses to help this boy because he “can’t tell who is inside the facility due to HIPPAA” he wasn’t asking who was there he was telling you his mother was THERE and needed a charger.. grow up or get a job where your personal issues won’t manifest uncomfortable situations for people waiting to receive MEDICAL CARE! Absolutely rude people here and they have no compassion or urgency for their patients at all. Super disheartening and I hope they review who they’ve got working here because this place is ran so poorly..

Excellent service for the trauma I experienced after a serious fall. Dr. Tomas Chavez was very thorough coupled with much needed compassion regarding my current state. The staff was also very attentive and caring. The only improvement I would make would be to allow the significant other to accompany the patient, if the patient feels comfortable doing that. Also, expedite the aftercare paperwork and medical supplies so the patient isn’t waiting so long in the exam room. I highly recommend Concentra for your urgent need!
