Concentra Urgent Care

Went to Concentra to get a TB test as part of my requirements for a new job. You go lady at front desk was really nice and helpful. She answered all of my questions and explained the process to me as well. My wait time was exceptional, the longest part of the process was filling out the online form via mobile, which was fast since it depended on how quickly I could input my information. I signed the paperwork, got a drink a of cold water from the waiting area, then my name was called. Thanks to the staff on duty Friday, November 1st around 4p.m., for making my first and only experience at Concentra a great one!

I went in for an employment drug screening. My first attempt wasn't enough to test so they gave me the option to leave and do it on another day or to stay there and gave me a chance of three hours and three bottled waters to try my second attempt. After watching TV for about an hour and three bottled waters later I was able to complete my test. The girls there are super funny and communicated with me and checked on me during the process. I had no problem staying there for the hour. It's super clean there very sanitary the girls are very professional all in all I had a wonderful experience!

During helping me to complete my DOT physical, the staff of Concentra was very professional, efficient, and kind. If one is having a little difficulty with anxiety or blood pressure they are reassuring and accommodating to help and individual be at their best. I have nothing but compliments and thanks for what they do for us.

I loved the fact that you were open on Saturdays. Check in was fast. Service was personal n staff made it comfortable and were extremely patient. Dr. LeBlanc was funny and thorough.

Spent less than 1 hour since I walked in and left the facility; very streamlined process. This was for lab testing. Good experience.

Concentra serves the company I work for and sent me there to renew my TB test. They are awesome! Wish we had one in Green Valley! Going back in a couple days! Watch for my next review! lol

I was refused entry at the Broadway location in Tucson AZ because I was accompanied by my service dog. This is a violation of the ADA. I filed complaints with the AZ Attorney General's office and the administrator. I'm looking forward to the civil suit.

The girl who handled my visit was the rudest, most condescending, unprofessional person I had run into in a long time. She should not have any contact with patients, let alone the public, if Concentra were to continue her employment.
