Concentra Urgent Care

For me, my experience… they are friendly helpful. The eyes do not roll when you have a silly question they take the time to talk to you and help you through online check-in, which was very helpful… They actually make you feel like a person not a number kudos thank you..

Absolutely and extremely pleasurable experience especially getting a DOT physical. At times they can be difficult depending on what office you are at. I absolutely love the Torrington Concentra office the people there are extremely helpful knowledgeable and just awesome to work with. I highly recommend anyone that needs therapy and or a DOT physical to get there!.

Staff was pleasant. Clean facility. As I understood there was only one Doctor on staff making the wait time longer than usual. Staff did apologize for the wait and I understand. All around a good visit.

The staff are efficient and friendly. My appt was 1-hr behind schedule - so be prepared to stay longer than expected.

Everyone in this office is amazing! super nice, helpful, actually have personalities, just an all around great group of people

Overall Friendly staff , little to no wait, relaxing atmosphere from watching HGTV which is one of my favorite channels to the front desk ladies who were very accommodating .They even gave a little gift bag of treats when leaving . I was here for a job physical which my job selected the location . I’m happy it was this one .

Great place to get your DOT physical done. Always get in and out fairly quickly and the staff is always great to deal with. Highly recommended.

Quick and fun! The staff is very personable. I like the bit where they ask you if you’d like another person in the room. The option helps folks feel safer. Thank you!
