The people here are great. They do their jobs, and do it well. If you don’t NEED to come here, DON’T! You will be waiting a very long time for the most basic of things. Waited well over an hour for a drug test. The waiting room is literally standing room only. Appreciate the front desk staff telling customers about the wait to be seen. Although I was never told that I’d be waiting for-EVER to pee into a cup.

Was a great experience. This place is very clean and up to date with very courteous and knowledgeable staff. They get you in and out quickly. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

The workers are unprofessional they were talking about other patients right in front of me. Although they didn’t state the name that’s still against HIPPA. Not only that, I was in there for 3 hours for a drug screen, just for them to call me back asking me to come back up there because they forgot to have me fill out a sheet. I’ll never go back and if my job requires me to go there I’ll refuse

Dr Adams was very rude and degrading he have me attitude when he first walked in and then had a female front counter person stay in the room because he said I was being too mean to him. This is by far the worst concentra in Colorado.

Arrived at 8a for a non-DOT physical. None of the medical assistants said good morning. During my physical, the MA took a set of vitals, I noticed my temperature read 95° on the digital thermometer which is Abnormal. The MA was about to document this on my physical paperwork so I asked "what's my temperature?" she responded "95, do you want me to recheck it?" The corrected temperature was 97.7°. I was shocked that something as basic as normal vital sign knowledge was lacking. The PA who completed the physical was quick and professional I would otherwise rate my experience 1 star.

Edit: this caused a severe allergic reaction that turned into psoriasis! I have had a skin reaction from Nate Adam’s negligence in May. It is now September These stars are only for the support staff and nurse that helped me. PA Nate Adam’s was rude to the nurse, spent less than 5 minutes with me and didn’t read my chart notes. When asked if I was allergic to anything I showed him the two drugs that I have had an allergic reaction to. He then said that it would make it “difficult” to treat my strep throat because one of the drugs I’m allergic to is similar to penicillin. He convinced me to go ahead and take the penicillin because “maybe I’m allergic to the other drug and this would rule it out” I just wanted to feel better and he’s a doctor so I trusted what he was saying. After two doses of penicillin I broke out in hives. It took over an hour for me to get a call back from the doctor at which time he prescribed me another drug for my strep throat and simply told me to take Benadryl for the hives. I’m now going to have hives all over my body for a week or more because PA Nate Adam couldn’t take the time to properly assess my situation.

Love this place the staff is great! Understand that any urgent care will have a wait as a walk in because people have appointments.

Everyone was pretty nice here. The process seemed quick and easy since my employer already sent me the paperwork that I needed to give them. Once you’ve checked in with the front desk and have sat down, you will be sent a text message to complete your check-in process. I probably waited 10-15 minutes afterwards to be called for my drug screening test.
