Concentra Urgent Care

I had to complete a pre-employment drug screening. I chose this location because they are open til 7:00pm and that fit my schedule for the week. There were some technical difficulties with the 3rd party company that initiated the drug screening but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They tried their best by getting multiple people involved but it was a no go. On my second trip back after 3rd party corrected the issue I was in and out real fast. Overall, nice and clean location with a great staff that takes care of business.

I went for a DOT / USCG drug test. Mr. Mo was attending to me. Unfortunately I was gun shy and couldn’t fill the cup to the recommended volume. He got me a cup of water and later some coffee. He was very patient. After an hour I was able to fill a Home Depot cooler. I highly recommend this Concentra. The one on 56 is a mile from my house. I rather travel 5 miles for a professional service.

The doctor the saw me lacked interpersonal skills. Very difficult to desk with. So much I had to raise my voice when he gave me the wrong information and didn't apologize for doing so. In a time when it seems like nobody does a good job anymore. This place was awesome. My own primary physician wouldn't even see me. They took straight back and started caring for me. Thank you

Worst experience at this place. I had a fall and hurt My leg with a cut. All the doctor did was glance at it cleaned it real quick and told me I could go right away. The follow up exam was even worst the doctor didn’t even look at the injury and I know he didn’t because I had it wrapped and he did not even bother to unwrap to check if it was healing right. All he asked was how you feel and I said it still hurts and it’s swollen and he replied oh yes it’s still recent so it’s going to hurt and then let me leave. 2 days later I still couldn’t stand the pain and went to another doctor and she said it’s infected and I needed antibiotics this whole time. The only thing that was really a positive is that they took X-rays beyond that never want to go here again.

Very nice personal and was very easy process and pleasant, out all clinic would recommend it 100% out of all strongly professional.

I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Receptionist was super nice, and all staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Overall my experience was great!
