Concentra Urgent Care

They are quick at the check in, but I waited more than 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor, I had to remind them of my present in room. Also the person who helped me with my TSO medical evaluation was not professional, she looked nervous and I corrected her couple of the times. I hope they got the right and most accurate answers from this team.

Service and wait time was good, but physician asked weird questions about Stanford , then asked why did I want to work there ? It felt like a interview and not a physical… how are you a physician and have never heard of Stanford Hospital .

This is probably the nicest drug testing facility I’ve been to. The facility was clean and the staff was courteous, efficient and very communicative. They walked me through every step of the test and clearly explained the process.

I had some issues giving a lab sample. Over a period of time I was able to complete my test. During the time the administrators in the back were pleasant, helpful and professional.

I went to the facility to get my physical check up, fit mask test and uds for a job. I registered 30min prior to my appointment and checked in online, answered all pre treatment checklist that were sent to my phone and waited. People kept coming and checkingin and getting called, while no one called my name. Two hrs passed and after several inqueries....each being told that my file will be called next...but after 3 1/2 hrs I was finally called. I left the facility after 5hrs in total..very disappointed.

Too busy and also understaffed. Waited half an hour to check my insurance and the staff told me she did not do it and there will be another half hour wait time since she is busy with other important tasks. Walk in urgent care has a four hour wait time. Do not recommend if you do not have an appointment.

First time visiting from Texas, it was a full lobby and I just needed to get a TB shot done for my job. I honestly worried it would take hours because that’s what I am familiar with in urgent care and er settings in Texas. Actually went very fast, at most I was there maybe 30-40 minutes, and was told to come back in two days to do my TB clearance. Staff was polite, they were quick, and signing in and doing documentation was all done through cell phone, which was very convenient. I was worried because my insurance wouldn’t cover California, but it wasn’t expensive at all. It was shockingly pleasing to know.

I was treated with kindness, dignity, efficiency of process was on point! The two at the front were so amazing, kudos to them. I would highly recommend Concerta to anyone. I had TB Test / Drug test for employment and state licensing requirements. It was seamless from start to finish.
