Concentra Urgent Care

This is the worse med care they made me wait for over 3 hours for work related injury I ended up having to leave without getting seen. But I have been here before the doctors here give as much care as a flat rate fix it mechanic at a tire service place. You get the feeling you are not a person to them you’re a thing that needs a quick fix. To be honest I am shocked that they are still open and in business. They also seem to be always under staffed.

Waiting 2 hours for a 15 minute appointment and got attitude from employee as if they’re the ones waiting. Also , when i was finally done waiting to leave , staff rudely made me wait longer to settle a seemingly minor matter otp. The nurse that checked me in 2 hrs prior came around to help after realizing i was waiting still. Wish i knew her name because shes the best person in the front end

Went in for a DOT physical to renew my med card and the wait was a little over 3 hours. They provide many services but they need to make their checkin process more efficient. No reason you have to go back and forth to the desk multiple times before they push your paperwork through to get the process underway. Was there for hours just to see the doctor for about 8 minutes.

Although the wait time can be very long, they are efficient. I went in for an injury and they were ready to have me start PT the same day. It's a one-stop shop, which is very convenient. Christian from PT is great. He has been working with me and pushing me for about 2 weeks. He is personable and gets the job done. I am glad that I trusted my care to Concentra of Stratford.

Extremely slow. If you have the opportunity to go elsewhere I would. When I got there they said to just sign in and then never called me up to do anything else. After a while I went to see what's up and they said they accidentally skipped over me... Then when I finally got in still had to wait quite a while for the doctor to come in. Just to get a vaccine for pre-employment took over 2 and a half hours.

If I could give zero stars I would. Based on other reviews I don’t know how this place is still in business. I was there for simple preemployment testing and was sitting in the waiting room for nearly 3 hours. When I asked the front desk how much longer and they told me another hour I left. If this was the last place on earth to receive care I would rather die on the side of the road then enter this so called establishment again.

The Hispanic receptionist that greeted me looked like she was having a bad day. She spoke so fast. Not even one smile .. Once inside it was a better experience the tech was nice and the physician assistant was really nice … I waited 4 hrs , you have to get there at 8am if not you will be waiting there for hrs ..

Excellent service, employees are knowledgeable, caring, answered all my questions. The most important aspect to me was that I was in and out of the facility in a timely fashion and all work was completed.... I do not like to be in doctors office to long
