Concentra Urgent Care

This is Sam Minor. From Stacy to all the staff at the Stockton, I appreciate them all. They are organized, professional, knowledgeable and most of all they sincerely care. I request this location for all my occupational medical checks. I also tell others to go here. Thank you so much.

The staff and doctor were great. They even asked if I needed anything while waiting. I was a walk in so I expected to wait 2hrs as they told me. Yet I got called back at 2+ hours and my entire visit was 4.5 hours. The 4.5 hour visit is not worth the great staff.

I was there for my DOT physical. Even though all my vitals, eye sights and neck was was in the very healthy range, the African doctor, she failed me because of my weight and height. I'm not fat but very stocky. I'm built like a Samoan and I lift weights so I'm very heavy even though I don't look like it. DO NOT come here for your DOT physical, the African Doctor she will fail you because she clearly does not understand that you can be "overweight" and still be very healthy. People are built differently with different muscle mass and bone density. Her medical studies are clearly outdated. I've been driving for 9 years and never failed a DOT physical until I came here to the Concentra on Arch Road in Stockton, Ca. Again to my fellow DOT drivers, DO NOT come here to the Concentra on Arch Road. You're been warned.

I love to work close to home, so new job offer letters requires screening and Concentra Urgent Care has been the one they selected for a good reason! Professional and welcoming environment with staff that makes sure you are taking care of!

Been to many locations due to the profession and 10/10 for this location, friendly and informative, accommodating and professional and polite. Get there early because walk ins start at 8 and there was people in line when I got there at 07:50.

I was happy to see and feel a group of Health care workers working from a place of Excellency 😊 Professional attitude! Clean place Functioning TV! Front desk ,Laboratory, Medical assistant. To the NP that examined me Awesome experience!

Went in there with severe lacerations and the nurses were on point. Very polite, caring, professional and sincere. I hate clinics but if every clinic was like these hard workers lives will really be saved 😀. The doctor was great too. Overall I appreciate them 4 helping me and the way they were. I will highly recipe in any case of emergency or accident

Front desk was very professional, but I have Came here to do an examination on my R hand due to carpal tunnel, injured from work, the African lady “Dorthy Smith, NP” was very unprofessional! She came in and asked what’s wrong reading the notes saying I should be fine, and oh it carpal tunnel it’s not a big deal, then while I was telling her I was in pain she then proceeds to tell me she’s more in pain than me and lifted her shirt to show me whatever was around her stomach/ waist, which I did not care for, I really couldn’t explain my pain and concerns she basically spoke for me and what she was saying is what I feel. I came for myself not to see what had happened with her. And then puts me back full duty to work. I do not recommend this place if you do come here do not see the African lady her name is “Dorthy Smith, NP” I DO NOT RECOMMENDED HER.
