Concentra Urgent Care

I had a great experience (no appointment). This clinic assisted with a drug screening test and a physical exam for an employer hiring process. The doctor, nurses, and physical therapist all made me feel welcomed and safe. As a walk-in I took no more than an hour and 15 minutes to complete my appointment; despite rumored of a 3-5 hour walk-in wait time from numerous people. Overall a great experience!

I was in and out in 30 minutes and the staff members are PHENOMENAL! Best experience ever for pre-employment drugscreen and DOT physical in Stockton California! They are definitely doing the good Lord work! Blessings to all staff members!

I was dreading going because I thought it would take a long time but I was surprised that it didn't. I went for a physical and told to be there by 3:30. I arrived at 4:05 because I went to the wrong place. The doctor agreed to see me and did my physical. The process was smooth despite involving several staff to complete there part.

The staff were very professional and organized, yet personable. They explained the process every step of the way and were very helpful and kind for any questions that I had. I noticed that no matter how busy they were, they treated everybody that came into the clinic very respectfully and again professional. They all said goodbye to me when I was leaving and to be careful of the heat since we’re having a horrible heat wave in California. This is the first time that I have use this clinic and because of the efficiency of the staff and how organized and well run this clinic is, I will be going back to this one only. I have already let my colleagues and others know that if they need an urgent care, this is an excellent one to go to. My experience there was very positive and you can share my review with anybody and any outlet that you want to.

Unfortunately, I had an awful experience. Arrived at 1:30pm, after two hours I was called back for my employment screening. MA took vitals, gave me a flu vaccine which and provided cup for urine test. Several attempts were made to provide urine sample: however, at 5:45 pm the MA frustratedly told me, “our clinicians are gone and it’s time for us to go home, you’ll have to come back tomorrow and try again.” Next morning; receptionist said “oh you automatically, failed for involuntary drug screening, you’ll have to contact the employer.” First of all it was for a physical and TB spot test! Therefore: I informed the receptionist, also, I did not refuse to provide urine; I could not go after 2 1/2 hours plus drinking water, I was told you’re closing, come back tomorrow. So, she proceeded to say “oh, well you have to get a new elab order, because we can’t use the one from yesterday.” So, I contacted employer who sent a new elab. When presented with a form for PA who did the physical. I received a call from Concentra MA stating “we cannot have the PA sign the form because, it’s not from the employer. “ I contacted employer to explain their denial to have the clinician who saw me sign the form. So, the employer had to call directly to explain what I already provided! I hope I NEVER have to go to Concentra in Stockton for anything due to such unprofessional staff. Ironically, I can say the PA Kathleen was wonderful; it’s unfortunate she has such unprofessional front and back office staff.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. I went there for an employment physical and urine test. My employer did not send me with all the necessary documents but the staff made a phone call for me and made things happen. They even provided snacks and water to those waiting for their appointments!! The business is very clean and had plenty of seating as well! The ladies at the front counter were VERY busy but maintained a smile in their faces!!!

Walked in very clean checked in filled out my paperwork. The young lady who helped me was efficient and very friendly. Waited 10 minutes. Got called back very clean gave my sample and off you go. Fast easy and very clean.

The doctor seemed cold hearted. When the exam was over she told me to follow her and she gave my paperwork to a worker. She never said the exam was complete nor gave any type of departing greeting. Her tone when talking to me about working out was rude because what she said was based on her assumption. I would not suggest that place to anyone.
