Concentra Urgent Care

I visited a week ago. This was my first visit for a new job. I had to get a full physical . The waiting was a little overbearing, but going at night is better. And not busy! Some staff are really friendly, especially the Doctor. However, some staff at the front, are a little rude. They just want you out of there lol I give it a 7 out if 10. So much better than the ER!

I went in as soon as they opened up, the doors promptly opened on time. There were multiple employees getting everyone checked in. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The staff were pleasant and worked efficiently.

thankfully, waiting to be seen didn't take long. that said, the MA i was seen by seemed bothered having to do her job. i guess i can understand if they had a long day, but she definitely needs to improve her professionalism. having an attitude in healthcare, especially when interacting with a patient, always poses a risk to the quality of care rendered...

I recently visited for a employer screening test. I waited approximately 30 minutes and the test was run very efficiently. The total time was about 45 minutes and was shorter than expected for having visited and urgent Care facility in the middle of the afternoon. Registration is done very efficiently. The facility is clean and quiet and reasonably comfortable.

Staff is super professional and friendly. Given the volume of patients who walk in, they seem to handle things very efficiently. The PT staff is very compassionate and motivated to help you heal. All in all, an excellent experience!

I've been to several Concentra facilities and this has to be the best!! Their physical therapy area looks like an expensive sports medicine clinic!! There physical therapists are very knowledgeable and kind and supportive!! I had my physical there for my job and my DOT certification and they were really on top of everything and I was seen quickly!! I was in and out and 30 minutes for a physical.

The Physician that examined my knee was spectacular. He was very knowledgeable and shared his thoughts with me throughout the examination. I will enjoy working with him while we heal my knee together.

Went here for a physical, drug/blood test. All of the MA’s were so unprofessional, very dismissive. One of the MA’s couldn’t get my vein so she had to ask for another MA. I waited >an hr for the doctor to get my physical done which takes less than 2 minutes. When I asked one of the MA’s how much longer the doctor would be since I’ve been waiting for a while, she answered with an attitude. This facility needs to train their staff on professionalism, communication and time mgmt/efficiency. This is probably the worst experience/treatment I have ever had at an urgent care. Will not come back here.
