I needed a quick TB form filled out for my employer. I first stopped in to a closer facility but was told it would take 45 minutes. Swung over to the Saugus branch and was greeted with a smile, paperwork was quickly and efficiently done and I was on my way within 10 minutes.

Was scared based on past reviews however everyone was really kind and helpful during the completion of my pre-hire drug screening. I went in around 9 am on a weekday and my wait was less than 15 minutes. My medical assistant was patient and kind with me as I needed water and time to complete my test however everything went really smoothly. Thank you to everyone in the office!!!

I do not recommend this facility. I came in with a cold The doctor seemed most concerned in running every test humanly possible to increase his fees. When I declined just one of the tests (chest xray) he tried to sell me over and over and over and over again on why I should get it and the doctor was genuinely upset and the care declined further.

my visit was a disappointment. the doctor seemed like he could honestly care less about the concerns i had. if it wasn’t for the nursing staff that showed a little bit of interest in a resolution for the patients, i would ask how this place could even call itself a medical establishment.

I understand I didn't schedule an appointment, but the wait was very long. In retrospect, I'm kicking myself because I didn't request the doctor to spend a few minutes with me. It happened so fast that I got whisked out and didn't ask questions. I'm not sure my vision is 20-20, but that's what the doctor told me. This is a reminder to patients: ask questions.

I was there for pee test for my new job. The receptionist was nice and the person who helped me process was nice but all of sudden this staff guy yelled at me like I am not supposed to be there, it was very rude and unprofessional, I was just following the their procedure, he looks like manager staff. That’s No way to treat a customer.

They're incompetent to the point of being borderline medically negligent. Saw them on 9/27 for a chronic cough that's lasted a month. The nurse practitioner told me to NOT take cough suppressants, do take multivitamins and to drink water. The medical assistant then told me DO take cough suppressants and to rest so my esophagus could heal (wrong organ system entirely, bud). 2 days later I had a fever of 101.7, went to the ER, and was diagnosed with pneumonia after a simple chest xray.

I got there at 8:05 am and I was 5th in line. I needed a physical and tb test for my new job. I was there until past 3:00 pm, 7 HOURS! I sat there with 3 others who needed the same thing and none of us were seen until after 2 pm. They gave excuse after excuse as to why none of us had been seen. I finally got into a room and say the NP for all of 2 minutes so I can’t understand why they couldn’t fit us in at any point in that entire time. There was literally drops of blood on the floor in the room. I should have known though considering there are signs in just about every single wall saying that is you “speak aggressively” to staff they will call the police and notify your employer. Please note that at about 11:00 am they started turning people away so if your are forced to some here try to get there right when it opens. I would rather pay for my own doctor/physical with my own doctor than ever experience this place again.
