Primarily the staff up front, kind, informative & precise. Doctors and Specialists are always good (their way with patients). But nurses, assistants and again—-the personal up front (receptionists) made me feel welcome!

Went in for a urine test (pre-employment request), waited for about an hour (they were pretty busy) but overall, I was pleased with the process and experience there. Staff was pleasant and the AC was on, on a VERY hot summer day (it felt great!). Waiting room was clean and they have a water cooler/dispenser in the waiting area.

I visited on a Monday morning around 9:30 and service was overall fast and easy! However, I was suprised by the unprofessionalism of the x ray tech who saw me. He was kind, but it was clear he did not review my pre-visit paperwork or have the level of procedure knowledge I would have hoped. I clearly indicated that I was pregnant on my paperwork, yet, he asked me an intake question like "confirm there is no possibility of pregnancy?" When I reiterated that I was pregnant, he asked if I was ok with the chest x ray, without providing any assurance it was safe (all credible sources online confirm the x ray is safe during pregnancy). No harm done, just lacking professionalism and attention to patient information that would have made me more comfortable.

Staff members attended to my care with professionalism. Doctors and therapist were very informing of my condition. Would recommend anybody to go for care.

Staff at front desk seem vastly uninformed, unmotivated, and unable to solve problems. They weren’t even aware if they carried my lab tests- I had to explain it to them. Then they took so long to get me registered that the person who picks up lab samples came and went. They told me he was “early” so it wasn’t their fault. Upon further discussion they changed their mind and said he was right on time and it was MY fault, but I got there 45 minutes early and waited on them the entire time. Waiting room had 2 other people in it. Then they told me I had to come back tomorrow before 3:30pm because they can’t save my samples for tomorrow’s collection which is a LIE. (most lab samples can be saved 48 hours). I told them I couldn’t take more time off work. They expressed no understanding. They actually only called another location when I strongly suggested they help me find a solution, then sent me on away. I actually wasn’t going to post this review but the staff at the secondary location (shout out Concentra in Commerce, CA on Garfield), told me that NORWALK CONCENTRA staff are poorly managed and unmotivated. Commerce staff also suggest I make a complaint to their manager because they wasted my time, lied to me, and blamed their incompetence on a diagnostics collection worker who was doing his job correctly… which apparently is not new behavior for this location. Don’t waste your time, just go straight to Commerce.

I arrived signed in. They didn’t ask why I was there. I had a knee injury. They sent me all the check in stuff to fill out on my phone. They proceeded to ask me to walk up to the front to get more paperwork to take back to seat and fill out. There was only 1 Dr there so the wait was extremely long. The nurse Rogelio was a piece of work. asking me the same questions 5 different ways trying to get a different answer as if I was dumb. He was also the one who did my X-ray. That was the worst X-ray experience I had in my life. If that wasn’t bad enough a cockroach crossed the floor while I was in there I had to as Rogelio to kill it before he left the room. The Dr wasn’t actually too bad but everything else was so unprofessional!! If it wasn’t a work injury and McKessons choice I would never return there. Concentra Santa Fe Springs

Customer service was excellent. But the wait time was too long. Went in for my Hep B shot and waited over an hour … giving them the benefit of the doubt since they seemed busy, this was just my experience that particular day.
