Concentra Urgent Care

Concentra staff was excellent in customer service! Starting with the receptionist who checks you in, to the provider Maria, and the medical assistants… They are a top notch, professional, competent, bright, kind, and caring team of health care professionals that make Concentra Santa Clara Expressway a superb clinic. My husband and i walked out of there with a great feeling that we had been treated with genuine care and respect. Give this clinic and its excellent staff a fantastic recommendation- as they give 100 percent to their jobs and customer service. Bravo!!!

Terrible service, very unprofessional doctors. I have a serious injury on the arm and back, and they just told me to return to work. I can't even drive that time. They made physical therapy appointments in the next 2 days so you will be billed even if you cancel them due to the cancellation policy. If you real continue to work with the injury as they said, it'll never recover and they can keep make money for the appointments and pain killers.

Concentra Urgent Care, they have people breaking the HPPA laws, and upon letting them know, they let others yell at you, saying you have to be Mexican to speak Spanish. Do not come here if you plan on being mistreated. They lady in the circled in the picture started to yell and scream like a maniac because I complained that she was standing to close to me while sharing my personal information with the person at the desk, they did nothing. This Mexican women also cut the line on another person that did not look like them. I was here from 2:33pm until 5:15pm after closing due to racism.

I wish I could give zero stars. The wait time here is unbelievable, even if you have an appointment. Most of the office staff are rude. The few that are nice must be new, because they have no idea what they're doing. I spent over 3 hours here for my initial visit. After waiting for the doctor for 1.5 hours, the doctor saw me for about 4 minutes, then made me wait an extra 30 minutes for the next PT session, which also took an hour. I was told to go back to work that same day, despite being on crutches and not able to drive myself to work. After all this, the front desk took another 20-30 minutes just to give me my paperwork. I was told to come back for 2 follow-up appointments, despite not being paid for taking the time out of my work day. Ridiculous. Also, there are signs everywhere saying they don't tolerate aggressive behavior. Which tells you immediately that your experience is going to be horrible. Kudos to anyone who doesn't get super angry during their visit.

Staff were really nice. I do understand my situation wasn’t an emergency but the fact that I had to wait for 2 hours for flu shot was outrageous.

Great service. Given the horrible reviews I have read from this location, I was expecting the worst. However, the staff were helpful, kind, and well educated in the form they attended me during my visit.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They cancel and reschedule appointments without informing. If called then they hung up on you. Constantly calling out unprofessional therapists, they have no replacement if someone calls out. This place is just minting money by employers insurances, unfortunately employees have no choice but to visit this hell.

I came into the office because I suffered an injury to my job. All the nurses did was check on my physical but no drug test happened. Been waiting at the facility for 4 hours of time.
