Concentra Urgent Care

I went in for a FIT test for work (N95 mask). They had me in and out of there in 25 min. I was pleasantly surprised. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional. My only complaint is that the building is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and updating.

One if the blood tests required by my employer could not be done. Staff talking in room while doing audio test and I had to ask them to be quiet. Staff were friendly and professional. Doctor professional and proficient at her job.

A simple 3-minute TB skin test took 90 minutes of waiting, while there were only 3 persons in front of me. It turns out the person created my chart didn't finish it and then left for lunch. There were 3 persons for the front desk. Then the same person did the skin test cannot find the spot for reading. This place is not understaffed. It's just purely incompetent and no concern of customer service quality.

The only reason this does not get a zero is because the front desk staff is pleasant and PT does his best given the rudimentary tools he was given to work with. They have no therabands to give patients, almost nothing in the way of PT tools that a normal PT office has to use, and yet this is the better part of my experience at this facility. The first time I came to see the doctor to explain the pain I was in, she informed me I was “old.” OK I am 55 and that is not 25 but still? Before this injury, I was pain free, going to the gym regularly, and very healthy. When I explained I had never had this kind of pain or injury before, she literally said “You are going to wish you were dead in 10 years you will be in so much pain.” She laughed, thinking this was funny. Then she berated me for not coming in earlier, though the injury was on a weekend at work and the office is not open until Monday. After a cursory inspection, this former anesthesiologist-now-workers comp doc would not give an X ray for diagnostics. It is such a bummer that my work place is contracted with such a sub-standard, for profit, numbers based and not quality based patient care institution. I cannot wait until this ends. Like the other reviewers, I find the medical doctor and the primitive tools to be unacceptable for good patient outcomes.

Staff never said hello or anything. There were two girls, one was helping someone else and the other just kept walking around doing nothing. 5-7 minutes later she finally asked if she could help and checked me in. I waited for about 20 minutes after to do a new hire drug test. The lady that helped with the test had more of a personality and got me out within 5 minutes.

0 star service! The two lobby desk clerks.. Terrible customer service. Definitely need more training in meet & greet. However, the person who conducted my physical, very professional, very informative. I would give her five stars. Thx Jeff S

All the staff were really helpful and friendly except for Dr. john. She really needs to work on her bedside manner and lay off the drugs, she has to be on SOMETHING. She was talking a million words per minute whilest being rude to me and her coworkers. She was also so confident that her phlebotomy skills wouldn't bruise or hurt me (hurt and bruised and no I'm not on any blood thinners). Lady you need to find a different line of work because you suck at helping people.

Overall a very quick and efficient process. The two lady’s that assisted me were very polite. The only deduction was because my last name was spelled incorrectly and it caused some difficulty checking in to the Concentra app.
